So can anyone that knows more CONFIRM that once you select legacy bonus it counts for all future s2 servers you play on?

hey ves, I was thinking of doing a type of pushing strategy as to benefit the alliance over the player.
As you know I recently had twins who i am staring at currently  . So I was thinking of doing a legacy bonus geared more towards the beginning of the game. This way I can give my gold to other members (not all of it) so that we can all benefit from my legacy. I am mainly thinking this because I do not think I will be able to play as seriously as in S1 at end game anyways. This is mostly due to the fact that I am having trouble getting on during the day time (so no attacking for me).
Tell me what you think.

Or you could pair up with a player who can co-manage your kingdom during the day.

That's what my husband and I do. We have 3 kids and one on the way. I watch the accounts while he's at work and he spot checks mine for me after I log out for the night to get the kids to bed. Works just fine for us.
Vesuvius - exactly -- one of the S2 alliance things we will be implementing is 'pairing up' -- that every alliance member has another they trust to be there for for kingdom support anytime its necessary -- it will be required of every TOH alliance member.

Sounds like a good idea to me. I know I've got to know most of ya'll from S1 and I got to know a a few of ya'll pretty well from the test server so I'm all for it.

again I repeat -- people don't read -- we are not joining the first server -- we are waiting. Be patient.
But if you want to go there to check it out and fool around, no problem, I may.
but don't use your legacy!!!!!!! save it for the real s2 alliance.

have you tested if it allows you to use your legacy on 2 different S2 servers?
vesuvius - I'm not using my legacy on this new server, not worth risking locking it into the server. Unless if you unregister from the world you get the legacy points back? That I don't know either.

I agree with you Ves, I just saw that - only 7 from many many servers have been finished. And from my Ravanged Lands (the first finished server in US) there will be almost nobody - cause devīs midgame changes.
Soo yes, good decision. I will try it in this DL server anyway, just to have fun I didnīt use my leg. points ofc.
Iīm just next to you Doombolt - how small the world is....

hello all
just started banging around this game. saw ves over in the dragon legacy 2 realm. i'll be jumping into the next realm when it launches as well. look forward to seeing fellow tohers there when it launches. this is very cool. yawacko and pandora are playing over on the fiends freedom realm. we in an alliance there. this game is great. i like it almost as much as i do homm. wish i still had the time to play reg. homm online but i have 4 kids now and no time 
this game a great replacement though. jump in, take care of days biz and head off to work or football practice or gymnastics or etc.

On our real server, we had better use the chatroom to coordinate referrals.
The Legion alliance on Dragon Legacy 2 is on the verge of losing on the first day because all the starting cities are packed WAY TOO CLOSE, since most players followed just one referral link. To avoid this problem, we should do one referral at a time; at each step, only one of our furthest-out players will generate the link.

All right this is what happened when i used legacy points.
Starting point:
Zombie assembly - 596
2nd server - 30
I chose my legacy items and went to create new kingdom on s2 server.
It offered me legacy bonuses among which i picked Zombie assembly one.
What happened next is it wiped all legacy lists EXCEPT zombie assembly ones. So now i have ZA points - 596 selected for S2.
However, a nice touch is that you can try DIFFERENT combinations on different S2 servers, only thing that is locked and cannot change is points total!
for example on Dragon legacy s2 US im using:
level 4 CI, leve l6 recruit, level 7 pop contribution, level 4 shield.
I am about to go on different s2 server (UK one) and use different combination with same points.
This is a nice way to test out different setups and see which one suits everyone the best before joining on alliance server.
There are 3 s2 server available atm (1US,1UK,1DE) so one can already try at least 3 different setups. Hope this helps.

Okay, initial legacy thoughts:
Both in-game and Jactari documentation on Radiant Shield are WRONG--attack bonus has secretly been nerfed by 50%. So much for that plan; probably going with the Amulet of Stone instead on our real server.
I had thought that extra skill points were silly because we'd be locked into them for all future seasons, and eventually Characteristics Illumination would pull far ahead. But since we aren't locked in, the first few skill points (instant Enlister 3!) are better than the first few attack/defense/magic points.

As Doombolt said, a lot of groups are ending up completely choking each other. Here's a map of the server eight-or-so hours in. You can see the massive clumps that people have generated.

Also a note about inheritance, for the skill points you can also look at getting Charismatic Enlister (+135% starting troops at level 3) first. You can build up a huge domination score, and turn it into a huge honour score, very quickly. Depends on your playstyle, but its a strong option.

Agreed with this suggestion for Haven and Academy at least, though I'd go with Charismatic Enlister 1-2 (with regular Enlister 3) for the first hire.
As for choke-avoidance, I think the chatroom is the obvious way to handle it.
