For the number of the honour guard I have a question anyway...how shall it work?
The honour guard has a weekly "growth", increasing it's numbers until max is reached
OR
the honour guard allways starts battle with it's (maximum) number
OR
the honour guard has a maximum number. In a town, the honour guard is refilled up to that number.
EDIT: a third of the votes are in

So, the Hero Level, as mentioned, shall also have a great influence. What shall it influence? Choose 2-4
The weekly growth of the honour guard
OR
The maximum number of the honour guard
OR
The honour guard stats
OR
The Honour Guard abilities

Woh. By my idea, the Honour Guard was a Guard - a single powerful creature that grows with the hero, kind of like Arantir's avatar thing.
As such, I can't do much now, but...
Hero level influences only their stats and abilities.

ah, but a guard can consist of more than one person...though, possibly, they wil not be much to begin with...
Now on for Spellbinding (The Wizard can bind spells into units. For the time the spell is bound to the unit, the unit gains unique abilities through the spell. (For example a unit to whom "lightning bolt" was bound, would deal aditional Lightning Damage.)
What effect shall a higher level of Spellbinding have? choose 1-4
Can bin higherleveled spells into units
OR
Can effect units of higher tier.
OR
Increases the time the spell is bound into the unit
OR
Increases the number of spells that can be bound into units at one time by the hero

Now...I don't have more questions in mind for this racial^^
Now, we're allready at fortress^^ those not having voted yet should hurry
Cascade
1. Runemagic
Well, it shall work, generally, like in H5.
Questions maybe are...what shall be influenced by the racial level? choose 1-4
Which level of runes can be forged
OR
increasing the effect of runes
OR
How many runes can be used by one creature
OR
Cost of runes
2. And how many levels of runes shall be there?
2
OR
3
OR
4
OR
5
3. Forge (something similar to h5 artificer skill)
Well, something similar...what shall it be exactly?
Like in H5, you create equipment/artifacts for your troops, increasing their stats
OR
you create equipment/artifacts for your troops, but not only increasing their stats, some will also give abilities
OR
Like in H5, you create equipment/artifacts for your troops, increasing their stats, but it only works on Fortress troops
OR
Like in H5, you create equipment/artifacts for your troops, increasing their stats, but it has increased effect on fortress troops
OR
Like in H5, you create equipment/artifacts for your troops, increasing their stats, but Fortress troops can also learn abilities through the artifacts
OR

OR
you create equipment/artifacts for your troops, but not only increasing their stats, some will also give abilities. All of these effects only apply on fortress troops
ADDITION:
This point can be added to any of the choices above, if you wish:
Not every creature can have every type of equipment/artifac (f.e. weapons only available for humanoids)
4. What shall the forging of creature equipment/artifacts cost (permanent costs)? Choose 1-3
Ressources
OR
Maximum Mana of the Hero
OR
Experience Points
5. What shall be influenced by the improving racial?
Forging Cost
OR
Artifact/Equipment Strength
OR
Number of Artifacts/Equipment units can carry
OR
Tier of units for which the hero can make artifacts/equipment
OR
(Only if abilities are in from question 3) Wether ability-giving artifacts/Equipment can be forged
OR
Wether effects can be combined into one artifact/Equipment
What's this, I'm away for hours and no question answered yet

I choose this, because I think we said Training should only work for Haven troops. Also, I choose no skills, because that is what Training does.

I reckon, unlike Heroes 5, each equipment should generally only affect one skill. So you can make a "sword" to impore attack, or a "shield" to improve defence, but maybe on master level, you can make certain (expensive) equipments which will affect multiple things.

@warlord: I wasn't clear, so I want to mention, that you could also have took in more than 1 point. Also, I like alci's suggestion so I at least make it a question...shall equipment and bonus be coupled?
No
OR
Yes, certain artifact/equipment makes certain effects stronger/weaker (f.e. a shield would be more effective when you let it give defense, but less for any other things)
OR
Yes, equipments can only have certain effects (so a shield can only give defense, etc.), except for combined effects

Can I answer ...?
I deffinitely wanna say Yes, but I don't quite know which option to take. Second appeals to me because it makes sense, and because it's probably easier to balance, but first is nice because if you really want to all-out on certain parameters, it can be nice, even if it comes at a penalty. But thinking about how abusive certain *cough*Initiative*cough* mini arties could be in Heroes 5, I think I go with second for balance:
Yes, equipments can only have certain effects (so a shield can only give defense, etc.), except for combined effects

I'll anwser Yes with one minor detail:
It's ok for there to exist exceptions but those should be extremely few, 1 per type or so, maybe 2 on some types. (like say a Shield that might give a non-defensive property but only a very specific one)
Edited for clarity.
