In the HC Messenger YOu can acces it on the very top of the page, above the ad banner, left of "Log Out" and right next to "Profile"...also, whene you get an HCM, there should appear an "You got 1 new message" or so link beneath the big "Heroes community" sign in the upper left of the page...
