Rush to Battle/better name (If they do not only move, but move to attack, the movement of your units is enhanced by 2 hexes)
OR
Saving energy/ENergy Reserves (For each 3 movement points that are not used in their turn, your creatures gain +1 movement in their next turn -as long as they did move at all)
OR
Strike and Return/ Better name (All your units who do not allready have it gain "strike and return" on melee attacks, when they need no more than 75% of their movement for the atttack. Units with "Strike and Return" gain no profit from this subskill)

Cascade
1. With Motivation as prer.
Chain of Command (Your units get a bonus on initiative whenever a creature of a higher tier is adjacent to them at the start of the turn)
OR
<name> (On the first turn, your units get a high initiative bonus)
OR
Commandment/Motivate/better name (Target unit gets a high boost on motivation for their next turn)
OR
<name> (YOur units get a bonus on initiative, which is higher the closer the closest enemy is)
Or
<name> (YOur units get a bonus on initiative, which is higher the further away the closest enemy is)
2. With Sprint/Glorious Charge as prereq.
Enormous Sprint (All your units get the battle ability "Enormous sprint" which lets them move to a possible position inside their double movement range. Yet, 'til their next turn, their max HP is decreased by X%) {choose X between 10 and 25}
OR

2. Energy Saving
EDIT: Her's a WIP head sketch of the Deathwing. He's got more teeth,
but I'm terrible at scanning. I'll probably fix the broken jaw later,
but besides that, is there anything I should add, or remove?

in my opinion, it looks great so far!!! awesome work The Neck could maybe be a tiny bit longer, imo...but of course it was asked for being only a bit further extended than a human's...
going on. Which of these shall be in?

Both units will use up their action for this turn to do so.)

a better idea by you, requiring to BASIC subskills of Rush

WHich of tehse shall be in, with Adrenaline Rush and Sprint/Glorious Charge as prereqs?
needs a name (For each tile moved in an attack, your units gain +X% damage for that attack) {X you can choose between 1 and 3}
OR
needs a name (When good morale triggers, your unit gains +1 movement/speed)
OR
a better idea by you

I'm sorry that I've been not writing for so long RL keeps me busy these days...
so whcih fio these shall be in (still at rush subskills)
Note: Of course these skills also work with variations, as long as these still have the same direction of power (f.e. Aid from the Back Row would also work with the Ground Ballista)
Natural healing Power/better name [Healing Tent] (When the healing Tent heals a unit, it heals more damage the more squares the target unit had walked on their last turn.)
OR
Favor to the Motivated/Better name [Healing Tent]OR[Healing Tent + Adrenaline Rush] (When a unit has used up all their movement in their turn, their is a small chance that your healing tent heals them for a bit of HP)
OR
Aid from the Back Row [Ballista]OR[Ballista + Adrenaline Rush] (Whenever a unit uses up their whole turn on a melee attack, their is a small chance that, before the strike of your creature to the enemy, your ballista attacks that enemy)
OR
Quick Drawing [Ammo Cart+Motivation+Master Rush] (There is a small chance that your ranged units do an additional shot on there ranged attacks, with 50% damage)
OR
Into the Breach [Catapult+Motivation+Master/Grandmaster Rush] (When your catapult crushes a wall, all freindly units standing adjacent to that wall tile may immediately move)

I am indeed very sorry that I am so inactive here these days
...also I noticed that a (not too small) part of the main post got missing (which is ****). Namely this is all downward from the earth magic spells...which includes geography and general features of the game...which both are quite a loss, in my eyes...I will make copies of the post from now on to prevent such...
Anyway, we should continue now...avi, how far are the pics, btw?

WHich of these shall be in?
Luck Rush/Better name [Veteran Rush + adrenaline rush + Rainbow Walker]OR [Veteran Rush + adrenaline Rush + Know Yourself] (When they used up their complete movement in a turn, your units get +1 luck until their next attack. this is not cumultative!)
OR
Shredding Rush/Sharp Run/better name [Veteran Rush + Lore of Shredding] (Your units gain the "Pass-By-Attack" when using at least X% of their movement (onthat move). Units who allready have this ability gain a damage bonus on it.) {choose x between 75 and 100}
OR
Fire Trail [Master/Grandmaster Rush + Master/Grandmaster Fire Magic + Flame Caller/Zest of Conflagration] (For every tile your units move over, they have a chance to incinerate this tile. Most units stepping over an incinerated tile will take fire damge (not flyers of course). Incineration lasts N turns, with N= your heroe's level in fire magic.)

Break the Enemy/Slow 'em Down [Master/Grandmaster Earth MAgic + Grounder + Veteran/Master Rush] (Reduces Enemy units' movement speed by 1)
OR
Path of Light [Blinding Magic + ] (On Melee attacks your units have a chance of 2.5*(tiles they moved over on the attack movement)% to blind the enemy unit for this turn (their next if they allready acted this turn))
OR
<name needed> [Sprint/Glorious Charge + Master Dark Magic + Manipulator] (When they have not moved on their action, enemy units gain a higher chance for negative morale to trigger) OR (For every X unused movement points, enemy units gain -1 morale)
