so...one last question about Rush-Subskills, so far...and, probably, the last on subskills, so far, I think it's time for something else. I'll send you HCMs after getting ready with this post about how we shall go on...
Which of these shall be in? [prer. in brackets again]
Jump [Energy Saving + Athlethics] (Some, small, obstacles can be passed by your creatures once per move, by jumping over it. Not all creatures can Jump! (f,e. golems cannot) Jumping over an obstacles costs +1 movement point)
OR
Rush to Battle/better name [Prove Yourself] (If they do not only move, but move to attack, the movement of your units is enhanced by 2 hexes)
OR
needs a name [Prove Yourself + Energy Saving + Grandmaster Offense] (For each tile moved in an attack, your units gain +X% damage for that attack) {X you can choose between 1 and 3}
OR
a better idea by you (having at least so many Rush Subskills as prerequesite that you need to pick 4 Rush Subskills before picking this subskill)

we haven't had it yet, so it's fine...so, for the vote, IÄll give it a little bti more time, maybe a couple of answers more will come...
in the meantime, a different, more general question...about faction symbols, as they appear in the game (for example they could do so over heroes, buildings, etc.)
shall the factions
....have only one ingame-symbol of that sort
OR
have different possible symbols and you can choose which you want to have
OR
have different possible symbols in correlation to colour (that feature was in an early homm - II?)
OR
have different symbols for different things (town gets other symbol than hero)

A proposal:
When starting a new game and selecting your faction, You get to choose between an array of various symbols, that all belong to that faction.
You choose one symbol from the faction, and then that symbol marks the heroes, mines, towns and everything else.

Some more general stuff. First: did I mention it allready? - the first post got a horrible blow - everything below earth magic spells is missing which is gonna mean quite some work for me getting it out of this thread (Help would be very appreciated of course!!!). I don't know when I will do it...not thinking I got the time and nerves this week.
Among the missing things are general features... -.- and the map...
however...no using crying *sniff*
well, some diplomacy questions...not about setting, about gameplay...
in former heroes' it was never possible to change allegiance or enmity during a scenario shall that stay or be changed?

Damn, how did that happen? Is there any chance of you browsing back through your windows and saving it through copy-paste (you won't be able to edit the post to copy it, but sometimes if you hit back button, a deleted post will still be there, and you can copy it directly by marking on-screen)? Also notice that there is technically a maximum length to posts, which albeit rarely coming into effect, might have happened here (it's a VERY long post) meaning you have to go to a second post.

I'm not sure, but I also think it could be the max length thing...it is allready gone some time, not today, so no chance for using strg+z or the back button or such
EDIT: how long is themaximum post length, btw?
EDIT 2: the post, according open office writer, has 62703 signs...does not sound like a border for sign limit

as you wish. Now, what about trading? WHich of these shall be tradeable with other players, and how? (You can choose 0 to all of them, except you cannot choose different variations of one trading object)
Ressources, only gifts (like in former HoMMs you can only "trade" with other players over tributes)
OR
Ressources, trade rate (you can trade with other players in certain, determined trade rates, which are depending on your and their market places)
OR
Ressources, trade offers (you can offer enemies a trade, f.e. say "I give you 5 wood for 5 stone by you, or such. These could maybe be included with other trade goods [this will be asked later!])
AND/OR
Artifacts, Hero Gifting (you can gift artifacts to allied heroes when your hero is interacting with them. Only indirect "trade" is possible)
OR
Artifacts, Trade Screen Offer (On the screen where you, potentially, also trade ressources, you can offer the enemy to trade artifacts for other artifacts. Potentially also artifacts for ressources) {variant: Artifacts need a time to reach the enemy}
