hey people, sorry for nto having written this yesterday...I'm not going to be frequently on for some time...in the meantime, I will, probably tomorrow, get the next vote on. however, here, some question:
It was declared that Avenger's Hall be a special rampart building. But we haven't declared what it DOES...remember, we do not have the H5 avenger skill...so what shall it do?
Allows any visiting hero to choose one unit as arch enemy (similar to the h5 racial, but working on all visiting heroes), agaisnt which the hero and their units will deal more damage
OR
For a price, heroes can learn skills here, though each hero only one {note: could also be without price, but it would be...imba}
OR
Everytime you loose a battle, the avenger hall gives you something (I would go for units, but could also be ressources, a buff, etc.)
OR
Everytime you loose a battle, the enemy against whom you loss is directly/1 day later attacked by a small army of random Rampart units (including neutrals, but not the champion). The strength of the army (unit numbers & which units) is determined by the number of towns with avenger's hall you own, how big/developed these towns are and the value of the lost battle (value of the troops + other things. Loosing with a hero or town has more value than loosing a garrison, etc.)
