No no, I understand I want the same. I just forgot that it had the same name. Dunno if Temple of Order is the best name though, but I think it kinda fits with two types of temples in this faction.
Temple of Order and Temple of the Fallen.

Now we will begin with the factions on themselves...and wether they are one united realm, or not...to give some orientation again, the map:
In the North West, we have Magis, the big continent in the Middle is Pius, and to the far south-East lies Nuktor.
The population of Haven mostly lives in the South, mainly the southwest, of Magis, while the great forest in the southeast of the continent is populated by most Sylvan towns. Most Keeps lie on the Islands in the South West of the World. The Strongholds' inhabitants mostly live in the vast desert covering the south of Magis.
Necropolis and Abyss are a most scattered people.
Sanctuary: ???
So, we will start with those who we know to be LIVING in one area, mostly.
and there, with keep.
We know that at least most of the keeps are united - under the High Quandarian/Quandarienne. Now, before we handle that vast realm, we should determine wether there are more notable nations of keep/s...

A small independent republic of some keeps on the western shores of pius

An independent nation on the 2 southernmost of the islands where most Keeps are
