Reminder for Rampart:
-Rampart is the classical forest faction, more or less
-most ramparts are all located in one great wood (in the southwest of Magis, the Northwestern continent)
-it's ranks consist of mytical/magical beings like fairy dragons, nymphs and phoenixes, beastmen like Satyrs and Cernunni, and also the Elven Warriors and bards
-The rampart Heroes are the Wardens who either have a spevcial connection to beasts or to the land
-Rampart Religion:
The beings of the Forest believe in "the Nebulous", a spiritual
Energy present in all the world. They do not pray to it, though, allthough some groups swear for meditation.
so. the basical social structure of rampart shall be how?
Basically, all sentient being sof rampart live in a community not unlike an ideal communism. Internal greed is not much seen and frowned upon. Everyone gets a fair/equal share of what the community has. {Variant 1: This also counts non-sentient beings in (it's nature-boudn rampart after All!!!} {Variant 2: This does not go for the respective RUlers of a town, who enjoy a higher status} ...you can choose both variants here, if you wish
OR
There is some kind of social ranks/classes/similar
OR
a BETTER idea by you

There is a social ranking, but only based on age, experience and reputation. Those with a higher rank merely are given priority in unimportant things and must work as hard as one of a lower rank to survive. Leaders do not keep their power for long, generally giving it up and helping with reconstruction the instant the crisis is over. Those with skill in a craft are recognized for it and are rewarded accordingly.
A "Merit" based system.
