Gotta know what graphics card you have to answer that.
Then put that card name in google with "driver" afterwards and pick a download.

@NoobX: You don't need extra software. Right-click Computer, go to Properties, then Device Manager, and check what Display Adapters it lists. (Unfortunately I'm not on XP, so I can't provide screens)
