I've reverted back to H3 singleplayer to pass the time, and I don't really play the game in its current incarnation at all. There's no question that I believe very strongly in its potential to be the best Heroes title, but there'll a long and painful way to go before that can happen.
(I am still posting your feedback and virulently demanding the patch, but after Kalah's CH article it's hard for them not to be aware that it's way overdue.)

Seems many aren't playing anymore, like myself. I agree with what many of you have written. But when the patch comes out, I don't think the feeling will change much =/

I just stopped playing in the middle of the tears epilogue with Anton. It was already ridicolously easy compared to the blood one with Sanctuary and even that one was easy to complete in less than 5 weeks taking my time. So I wait for patch 1.2 before finishing that or begin multiplayer or skirmish maps. They have to change more than just correct the bugs in the game for it to become a real competitor to the old titles and specially H3. It's not just too easy because you don't lose troops in almost any game with any faction because that happened too in other versions of Heroes, but because you become also too strong too early and for example lv15 heroes shouldn't have more than 1 tier3 ability (so no saving ability points is one of many necessary modifications).
But I disgress so I just stopped playing right now  .

I stopped playing as well. Just finished LA Noire (for the PC), now anxiously awaiting SW:ToR, which is opening for pre-launch tomorrow. Guess I know which game I'll be playing over the christmas holiday, and it's not starting with an "M".

I don't know if this is funny, or sad, or both, but I find it pathetic that after all this time Ubi's solution for appeasing the fans is this idiotic "play with the developers" stunt.
Really? That's the best they can come up with?
I honestly hope that the patch isn't out when this happens and that every game played against them gets ruined due to one of the many bugs in the game.

Perhaps if we force the developers to play Inferno and have the fans play Necropolis at least it'll get a message through to them?

Storywise it's better to do it before the tutorial according to Cepheus. When I go to the campign I can only do the tutorial, do I need to do it first?
It's only one map, not a campaign. You have to start a custom game and in the first dropdown list, you must select Scenario and the map will appear

Point one LOL
Point two. you need to make 3 steps
Step 1: Get a colectors edition of the game
Step 2: Use the key you got with the game in the "Unlock content" option in the main menu.
Step 3: Start a new custom game, and chose "Scenarios" insted of "skirmish maps".
All should be fine
p.s. you can ask this in the current patch topic in the future
