I download one from a russian page and rename it as Data22.orc because its the last .orc possible and game say "cant read file" or some error.
This is because the file is (maybe) russian or need replace some other .orc?
I have game version 211.

As for the new developer of SoD, this is no longer a needed mod.
Yes, you did read the subject line right, that mod has been seriously taken into consideration by Virtuos and, that new dev. has made a switch on/off like feature to lock or not the dynasty weapon to the Hero of your own choice.
