Hi. How I can replace checkbox (Wogification Screen) to radio button? (it hardcodes probably). Is it possible in an Era (patch, plugin)?

Hi,! There is no ready plugin/patch for this functionality. Though such things could possibly be written in programming language, nobody except MoP did it and MoP did it for his own mod only, which does not use Era at all.

Hero Keeper of Resources: Mithril ( !!HE#:X2/7; ) doesn't work.
I have already reported another bug in this post. But is this the correct zone for this kind of bugs or is OT?
Bye.

Squaz, it is not a bug. Mithril is a virtual resource, not recognized by the game mechanics, and any usage of it should be scripted manually via !!OW receiver.
Mvas, in 60 mods for era thread, there are all chronicle campaigns (as mod). But in russian I think.

Yes, as Sal said it's in Russian. But in the original Era Mods thread, there happens to be a link to English version as map files, the heroes wont be Chronicle heroes, but since that's just a difference in name and picture, not status it wont matter much.

Hi.
I like to know if it's possible to bring back the original creature spites that WoG replaces for the old creatures? Like, Orcs, Pikemen, and so on. I want to strip down WoG as much as possible while still being able to use the ERA system!
Also, menus, icons, loading screens! I need instrutions/help.
Thanks

I believe the SoD mod does all this. Check the mods thread, should be there.
@Edit, now that I checked myself no such mod exists. But the Original Interface & Unhotify mods should do it.

Hey.
Unhotify works nicely!
Original Interface is a rather limited. It doesn't actually change loading screens in MP, nor the 'In WoG we trust' banner.
Almost there... Can't it really not be done?
Thanks

I don't know what's wrong with loading screen, but banner can be changed by deleting file mumap.pcx from Mods\WoG\Data\hmm35wog.pac using MMArchive tool (Era Start Menu - Lod/Snd/Vid editor)

Alright nice (Banner).
Well, I mean the different loading screens with animated creatures just at the start of a multiplayer game that shows WoG creatures.

Era is WoG. If you want sod interface, you can play sod. If you want mods system, you need era, which has wog interface. Now, if you have strong preferences for sod interface but want to use era, of course you are free to modify your resources. Asking for someone else to do that makes no sense, in my opinion.

He asked for instructions, not for someone else to do it. IMO it is understandable that not everyone knows what strings to pull to work with ERA.

Isn't that only when you wogify a map?

Remember me, in SoD original creatures were displayed on data transfer in MP? In WoG 8 level and other new units are shown. Probably some binary patch can be made.

Well, I didn't. But I see nothing wrong with requests. People can just ignore them if they're not interrested. I like instructions more, though, because you might just learn something useful.
Also, you don't understand that some would want the ability to use mod scripts without changing the look/feeling of H3? Well, I guess we just don't feel the same about this.

It would be nice to keep SoD interface in future for people loving original atmosphere. So was I right about the problem?

Yes, also imagine players that only wants to ban a few artifacts/spells/cartographers/make creatures accumulate, such things. Could you - in teory - scrip down WoG to be fully compatiable with the HD mod?
Quote: So was I right about the problem?
You mean if there's creature loading screens in SoD MP, too? Yes.

Nope, it's nearly impossible to fully support HD. We've discussed this moment a bit on df2 with baratorch. Still in Era I'll try to do my best not to introduce new and perhaps reduce the quantity of existent incompatibilities.

Can't use Mod Manager
Hello everyone! Long time lurker first time poster.
First I want to thank Salamandre for this amazing mod and his awesome maps. I'd really like to enjoy this mod to the fullest but I have problems. I have Windows 7 and have Heroes III complete installed in Program Files (Not program filesx86). I can run the game itself normally and can install era just as usual and play WoG as well. But then I download and install some of the amazing era maps like TEWIV, 300 and ToP and let's say I want to play 300 so I try to disable TEWIV and ToP, but I can't disable them and therefore the scripts get messed up and none of the maps would load. When I select a mod and click disable, nothing happens. The selected mod remains as it is. The same problem occurs with Yona, fast animations and every other mod. I REALLY like to enjoy this mod but can't Please help me!
As helpful info, my game is installed in the directory C/Program Files/3DO/Heroes III complete and when era installer and other installers ask where to install the mod, I select this directory. The system is windows 7.
Thank you already.
