As a reminder of naked Valeska,who waited for him with her only pet to rescue her for more than 9 weeks and a half!

Health

Interesting in the screenshot of army management to see health of familiars only 16 and health of cerberi never moved from 25...
And in the same time health of horned demons is now 100...
Is there a MUST ratio for the demon farming?

Of course, demon farming pitlords ability depends on HP, then on numbers. Try experimenting: farm demons from 1000 familiars with 9 HP then farm demons from 1000 familiars with 10 HP and see the number changed. You will need about 100k demons for final fight, if you farm them from normal familiars, you will never reach that number. It is specified in read me file, under Spoilers alert.

@ML: After of course!!! Just follow Salamandre way, also if you managed to get Summon Clone it's very easy. Remember to check those wind mills and garden every week, they provide random resources which include Mithril (about 5 each WM), a lot at that time heh!!! There are 6 ones around his castle, leave someone around there to collect them.


Anyway some questions:

_ Is it required to learn all the 4 schools of Magic (Since most of my heroes skip Fire now...)?

_ Why does Baron max dmg only 100 when AD is 200?! Is this intended?! Because it doesn't really make any sense if so....

_ Anyway to fix/delete creatures' special ability?!

_ Why is HB's dmg is extremely unstable, in this pic I have Bless and look at the dmg:



Also Death Blow rarely shows up when it states that the percent is 75% , is this the reason why (I mean they have effect but not shown up for some reasons...)?

_ Is there a time limit for this game?!! I'm in month 7 now and is preparing to defeat Aijit, is my speed enough?!!!

_ Check the Water Node and seriously Salamandre... At least adds Frost Ring to make it's more worthy to visit... (other Nodes all have high level and valuable magics like Implosion, Resurrect - Earth; Armageddon - Fire; 4 magic and Chain Lightning - Air). Or how about adding some upgrades to Clone, like + .... 5% every time you visit (make Clone starts with lower % than usual, or can even limit that you can only use Nodes to upgrade it)? Or is it possible to create an entire new magic?!!

_ Heared lots of people talk about Demon farming, can you tell me clearer about it (I only use Baron right now, but still enough to slaughter everyone)?!!

To answer your questions:

1) All magic schools are required at expert to get properly work the upgrades. As Armageddon comes middle game, I also skip fire magic, and later I "forget" other skill at market of time, replacing with fire asap.

2) I don't understand your question about damage. The damage percentage is regardless the defense of the target, so will not be same for all creatures, I did not touch that.

3) I don't understand neither what is about fix/delete abilities.  You choose which one you want, it is definitive. I played a lot of maps with special abilities and I know each one what it does, so I can't choose wrong.

4) Damage unstable: looks like you play with Yona mod enabled, and it overwrites the regular display. Go in MODS/Yona folder, open Yona.ini and change all "1" to "0" to disable it.

5) Death blow: yes, 75%. Depends on luck too, I did not touch that.

6) Time limit: Ajit month 7 is acceptable. You have 22-24 months.

7) Water spells: I see no use for frost ring, and all slots are already occupied by much more useful spells. Spells like magic arrow are very important later, you will see.

So far, you will need all those from water magic: magic arrow, Ice ray, bless, weakness, prayer and forgetfulness. No more space available, dialog holds 6 spells only.

Clone was discussed, but was subject to multiple bugs, so I left it out.

8) Demon farming: usually I end the game with about 100 000 demons, without them final battle is impossible. You need to upgrade familiars HP to 16, then farm each two weeks. Then from cerberies, and very late game, farm all your archers too. I farm also the effrets very late. But my way is my way, I played also with all creatures alive until the end.

I don't know if you can end game with only hell barons, I never tested that faction until the end. I played a bit, saw that was super easy and closed it, no reason to continue. The battles are calibrated for weaker armies, given by the other three factions. Master of Devils is just fun, but not challenging.

Nope, I mean that Hell Baron's dmg can only be upg to 100, while AD's can be upgraded into 200...

Like you meet Tazar and need to upgrade cast Implosion on attack for your HB, but after that battle you don't need it anymore so you want to switch it with something else.... Like the School of Sorcery in Time of Prophecy, if you don't like any ability you can just revisit it and replace the slot of that ability with something different!!!

Why is it that Magic Arrow is more useful than Frost Ring?! You can only visit in the later part of the game, when MA is mostly useless at this time. And what I meant is that you can only get 2 minor spell upgraded (Ice Bolt and Magic Arrow) upgraded each time you visit a Water Node compared to Earth (Resurrect, Implosion,...) and Fire!!

ops, thanks for noticing it, there is an error in ID. Please send me your save, will fix it. Barons should have 300 limit.

Magic arrow will save you, will see later. You need low damage spells to calibrate target health, so hypnotize can be cast. Blind is not available.

Confirmed that unit who gets soul stolen by Baron takes halved dmg... I can post pics but please test this yourself since it's easier for you to believe...

Anyway, usually meet some bugs when I fight against big battles (mostly from high leveled CB). Though it doesn't matter much since I have to fight without QC to prevent the loss now...

I can't change the behavior of "take soul", but the creature is disabled for that turn anyway, should be enough. Hell barons are upgradable 4 times more than normal devils, start at double stats and paralyze 70% of attacks. I think it is enough of a bonus. After defeating Piquedram (7th month in my test with other factions, probably faster with hell barons) you get armageddon, so hand to hand combat is no more used so much in CB's
