I will not rest untill Academy and Sylvan are in aswell.
but honestly I am actully suprised we even got 1 faction seeing the history of this game I lost all hope. I do think only 1 faction is a dissapointment though. It kills my hope to have all three back.
I can live without the dwarves but they may come too.

Academy is a must. And if they can't bring back Sylvan and Fortress, they should at least make elves and dwarves neutral units.
Speaking of Neutral Units, I hope to see the Wyvern/Paokai return as a Neutral Champion in the expansion

Not gonna happen. Wyverns and Paokai(which are specific Wyverns native to the Pao Islands) are inconic allies of the Orcs now. They belong to the Stronghold, so it is highly unlikely to see them as neutrals. Perhaps in the future as alternative Stronghold units, supposed we get such a system.

According to the Compendium, the Wyverns are Iconic Allies, just like the Centaur and the Harpies. There is no future involved. Orc tribes have started "domesticating" Wyverns since they landed on the Pao Islands and the Ranaarian Steppes.

Doesn't the Compendium also say Haven domesticates Dire Wolves? They're still neutrals. (I don't actually personally own the Compendium, so please correct me if I'm wrong)

Yes and no. It is said that only members of the Wolf nobility domesticate Dire Wolves for hunting and war purposes and are notoriously unreliable. But most of them are simply animals of the wilds. Then again, it also says that Ranaarian Orcs ride them as mounts.

Maybe in Heroes 6 timeline the process of taming them is still ongoing and they're not battle-ready yet?
The best thing would be to give us two factions per expansion, but that will surely not happen. I agree with War-Overlord that they will probably release the first one to see if it sales well. Hence the standalone form, possibly to attract more players who didn't buy the vanilla game (it's bad reputation as being bugged is a possible factor here). If they manage to release another expansion we will get Academy (because I believe it's code is quite advanced). I may be getting the wrong idea but Elvin was hinting something about Sylvan so it's still possible. I wouldn't mind to see the dwarf faction, but imo they should get a little redesign, because two many units were er... dwarfish, and thus the faction seemed a bit repetitive... but it's not easy to see more then two expansions for a strategy game.

From what I've seen in the Compendium, the dwarves would have Fire Giants and Valkyries with them.

What Elvin was hinting at, I believe, is that the Elves had a redesign in the lore. Just as the Dark Elves and the Dwarves have gotten.

As for more than 2 expansions, the original Dawn of War had 3. Civilisation 4 had 4 expansion packs I believe. And if you look for it, I'm certain you can find a whole range of titles which have.

Duel of Champions story takes place only aprox. a year after H6 vanila but the Wyvern riders are present there, But on the other hand, so are neutral wyverns.

I love like to see a Dwarf town! But not with so much dwarven units, with valkyries, with magma dragons and with frost giants!
I don't really liked the old dwarven town
I also want to see rampart and academy, and some dark forest town!

That is why the Aprox. was there. I do no recall seeing any dates in the story. And Still miss the feature to replay the story in that game.

If we take the basic creature categories of Ashan I would bet on "A spirit" due to the beeing connected to Arketh "of fire" having some king od deeper meaning like "that motivate his fallowers on battle fieled"

taking a guess here, but i think the dungeon's racial ability will have to do with transparency judging from their dynasty weapon "assassin's blade" any other ideas?
