Hmmm, don't have any at this time. Do you enjoy mead? Oh, also what should I do if I want to be Evolon? I'm guessing I'm going to have more tech and that if I want to walk on land I'll need some kind of specialized suit for it... Also, can my character make some of the tech he has? Oh, and something else that it probably rather important, what would my character look like?

Well, Evolon are mainly aquatic, but they can survive on dry land, except with extremely arid planets, where they would require special breeding aparatuses. lookvise they are nearly identical to protoss.
main skill of their is electronics, and they are responsible for most of the vehicles that the empire uses, but not starships. some specialise in miniatiurised weaponry.
making your own gadgets is fine, just know the limit. so no pocket size mass destruction stuff.

I was thinking small, remote controlled attack/ spy drones. Nothing world ending.  Oh, and a laz-pistol that uses (Rechargeable) power cells. Does that sound good, or would that be a no?

of the playable races, yes. I had a hard time finding a good picture which would show about how I imagine Akhari. can't draw one myself, because I suck at it so much.

Name: Koba Banskvi
Race: Malari
Age: 29
Background: Koba is the son of a butcher, and like his father he were tall even for a Malari. His size did not reach that of his father, but his skill for fighting far exceeded what the old man had ever managed to achieve. He found out at a rather late age that he had psychic powers, and entered the army as a way of means to hone his skills. Which he did, at the cost of both his arms, part of his torso and a leg. He never developed the powers needed to create and control the likes of fire, ice, etc... but instead focused on what helped what he already knew. He could stop pretty much anything that tried hitting him; bullets, lasers, swords, it didn't matter. He later found out this was powerful telekinesis, though he always had trouble focusing it on people or objects far away.
Personality: Quiet and sarcastic, Koba is cocky but not too loud about it. He has morals and will not use guns if his opponent has none, just like he will not use swords or knives against someone unarmed. He will also try to find a peaceful solution before ripping the arms of someone who annoys him.
Description: Think Andrei Arlovski, then increase his width increased so it will match the incrase in height, he is 2.20 meter tall. Bionic arms, most of his upper right torso and his left leg (severely damaged in an explosion). He wears mostly military clothing with a leather duster and a cowboy hat to top it off.
Occupation: Works as a intergalactic bounty hunter.
Powers: Strong psychic telekinetic powers, used mostly as a defense rather than as a weapon.
Skills: Can work most kinds of vehicles, though he is not an expert on any of them. Minor technical knowledge. Very many contacts, his job has earned him the respect and friendship of many people, several in important positions. Master hand-to-hand combatant, also a rather good strategist.
Weapons: Carries a long nemesis scimitar, enhanced and tempered so that it is nearly unbreakable. Also carries a Smith & Wesson Model 500, enhanced so that it will load itself (able to fire 300 bullets before the handle, which provides the bullets themselves, have to be changed) and is able to blow a hole the size of a basketball in most targets.

Name: Fenix Artanis ((I will take my beatings like a man, break my knees with a sledge hammer please.))
Race: Evolon
Gender: Female ((Again, a sledge hammer. Maybe a Russian tank.))
Appearance: A mother flippin' protos! Her eyes are a dull orange, glowing ever so slightly but more human than one would expect (think irises, pupils, cornea, etc but all glowing a dull orange). She is about 6'4", almost flat chested by human standards, not really that muscled but not fat either, rather lithe and thin over all. She has four fingers on each hand, a piece of machinery that covers her right arm almost like armor and a braided ponytail that reaches a little way below her shoulder. Fenix's clothing varies, ranging from an engineer's or scientist's uniform to a mechanic's slacks (red or a dark blue) to a black, skin tight suit with dull (coal covered) silver plates covering her vital areas.
Age: 92 (I'm guessing that's rather young for her race, since they are based off of the protos?)
History: A long time spy, engineer, assassin and tinkerer for hire, Fenix has good, if shaky, standing with both the empire and the rebels, mostly because she is willing to sell her technology to the rebels to lethal effect, and she hasn't been caught by the empire, since her tech is designed to be untraceable. She is a batcheloret by choice, since relationships are messy and increase the odds of being captured, and has only had one or two relationships that went deeper than a casual friendship or contractor-contractee. Since she has been a loner for most of her career, Fenix has a reputation in the system she is part of for almost always working alone.
Fenix has always planned to take the Empire down a notch or two, make them a bit paranoid or at least to get some more damn rights for her generally oppressed people, and with the rebellion starting to rise and this alien threat drawing even more attention away from her, Fenix has begun pushing ever so slightly and making her move... a power play, of sorts...
Personality: Smooth and charming, Fenix would rather people know her for her equipment and other general store sales that she makes with her ship than for her other, more shady skills in espionage and other... "Business contracts." She has no problem with working for either side of the war, though she will give preference to the Rebellion, and Fenix is proud of the fact that she has never once given up or failed a contract (Despite the stress that has most likely shortened her lifespan). She has a somewhat lenient payment system for her contracts, but will expect to be paid. If you don't pay her, well... You'll see. All of her special equipment is paid for up-front with money on hand (no traceable credits) While the general goods give her the front of being a normal, honest business.
Fenix enjoys creating new pieces of tech, from little gizmos that light up and amuse children to kill bots controlled by remote or voice commands, anything she gets her hands into that stimulates her creativity is vastly entertaining to her.
Equipment:
Fenix's equipment is a variety of things, from suckers to kill bots. Here is her list of military-related stuff (mostly sold to less scrupulous customers) (Note, this list is stuff that is in her store):
-Communications jammer (like, three in stock, and they aren't that portable)
-Low-grade personnel cloaking device (A rental with a tracking program built in to it)
-Various military grade weapons and ammunition
-Some of her earlier models for remote/ voice controlled robots (both kill and espionage, in multiple shapes (Spiders, flies, etc))
-Traps of various kinds (Lethal and non lethal)
-Body armor of varying types and quality.
Her personal equipment, on the other hand, is not for sale in any way, shape or form, and is entirely built by her.
-Biotech arm plating (Her right arm armor plating, provides protection and lends some motorized strength to her arm. Slowly regrows if it becomes damaged.)
-Lazpistol (A semi-automatic handgun that fires a thin line of plasma in small bursts instead of bullets. It uses energy cells that can be recharged, though it takes a bit of energy from her ship to do so)
-Thermal and echo imaging scope for the pistol.
-"Hunter" class attack drone (a voice commanded remote control robot. It has many different weapons that it can be outfitted with, though it looks like a small, floating ball) and a "Watchdog" class espionage probe (A small airborn probe that can either be directed by movements of Fenix's right hand or a remote control, has a small cloaking field function that drains the batteries quickly).
-A retrograde computer virus/ AI that removes and changes the ID tag on a private starship.
-A small trade ship with all of this and a room dedicated to her engineering creativity in it.
Skills/ special:
Her skills have been acquired through practice and more often than not trial by fire.
-Espionage skills that include hacking, sneaking and Ninja Neding.
-Tech modification and construction.
-Average marksmanship with her pistol.
-Ability to control her robotic minions with ease.
-Piloting small to medium class ships through slightly congested channels.
