Name: Alexia Evans

Alignment: Chaotic Neutral ~ Chaotic Evil (If this applies)
Appearance: Alexia has a light tanned complexion, stands 173 cm tall and weighs 60 kg. Her natural hair color and style are unknown since she changes it from time to time. Her eyes are narrow almond-shaped, but the color is hard to determine for they constantly change as well. Alexia possesses a natural beauty. Her bodily curves are quite attractive. Not being satisfied with her looks she uses make-up and other artificial beauty products to enhance her natural allure. She likes to wear black clothes and boots. Her favorite type of clothing is leather.
History: Alexia grew up in a city, in a family of criminals within a community of criminals. Her mother was a smuggler. Be it drugs, human/alien trafficking, or anything else that turned a quick profit. She didn’t know her father and didn’t care, just a man who snowed her mother and disappeared. But she always had this impression that the man was kind of ‘special’ to her mother because she didn’t get her an abortion like the others or it was just a result of bad decision making.
She had many “uncles”, at least that’s what they called themselves and some of them were from the Empire. Some taught her to use a wide variety of weaponry and technologies. They taught her the art of stealth, the finer points of combat and the darker side of the underground. Some of her “uncles” used her for sex. This resulted in a grudge to some of them and she promised to take revenge.
Due to having financial difficulties her mother forced her to work in a brothel at the age of 12. At the age of 14 she left her mother and joined one of her human customers. The guy turned to be a leader of a small-time organization of hired assassins. There she was trained and was able to enhance her skills further. Alexia didn’t find this training hard because of her natural skills and previous training by her uncles. She has always had a natural talent for killing that needed to be honed. She stayed in the group for 7 years and eventually got bored with them and left. From then on she started working alone.
Because of her unsurpassed skills, she was able to gain numerous patrons. Despite having amazing skills, Alexia was just a mid level assassin. Most people she killed were not big-time people and thus were easy targets. Her true skills are still untested, but she has no doubt that she can accomplish the toughest jobs. She lives in a rundown apartment in the city and uses cooking services as a cover for her true business.
Personality: Being a chaotic person, Alexia is quite unpredictable. She is impulsive and short-sighted. She is also selfish, amoral and tends to be parasitic at times. She loves to attend parties. She loves the noise in the city. She also smoke, drink and do drugs – but never to the point of losing control, for her profession depends on discretion.
Moreover, Alexia is highly inclined into having relationship with men of her kind only. Although she loves men, Alexia was never interested in a long term commitment.
Having grown up on the streets with no formal schooling, Alexia relies on her instincts and experience.
Alexia hates to be bossed around. She places high value on her freedom. And because of this she hates, really, REALLY, REALLY hates psychics. She hates being manipulated in any way. Alexia also hates the Empire. They cramped her style and she blames them for making her life miserable. And she will never forgive that SOB ‘uncle’ hunter who raped her when she was young. That was NOT the way to have her cherry popped.
Equipment: Alexia possesses numerous combat knives, pistols, sniper rifles and various other paraphernalia of her trade, which she keeps safe inside a secret room in her apartment. Most of her items were bought from the underground contacts that she have access with. Some she stole and some where given to her.
Guns:
1x DE-45 Double D’s (pair of high powered laser guns with flux inductive-capacitive fast cycle recharge bundled with charging belt) (Her favorite)
1x TM5600-VT Rifle (rapid acquisition laser rifle with high duty cycle capacity)
1x AWLP36 (Very long ranged sniper rifle which can be converted to either laser or standard projectile bundled with a mounted hidden target scope, laser range and windage adjustor)
Swords/Daggers:
2x The Dancers v.2013 (Two identical slightly curved and thin short swords that slices objects precisely) (Her favorite)
2x HWD-AC3 (Hidden wrists daggers for very close and silent assassination)
1x SharpEscape 99 (Standard Combat knife with magnesium flash escape distracter)
Techs:
1x Advanced Faraday’s Chamber (A metallic helmet that prevent psychics from manipulating one’s mind) ((I want one if Kip would allow  ))
1x HUD-1337AXD (Heads Up Display helmet which helps her with targeting, threat assessment and provides critical data streaming)
1x CHAMELEON X700 (A camouflage cloak that features movement suppression)
1x Sub-aural communicator (SAC) with holographic display
1x Set n’ Track 789-65ST (A set of nano tracking devices)
Vehicle:
1x Newton’s Bane Model –RA1237 (A black hover bike with dual power solar and electric cell energy source with Galatean backup. It is also bundled with a black motorcycle helmet and other protective motorcycle gear)
Skills: Besides her assassination skills, Alexia was also blessed with the gift of cooking. Trained by her mother since she was a kid, Alexia had perfected the skill. Being fond of men, she knows that cooking is the best way to a man’s heart. But more than that, this was the one activity that she could lose herself in for just a moment of peace and escape. Other than that, she is also a very good dancer. She has a very good mind-body coordination that also explains her prowess in close hand combat.

Also I still have little to no idea what Nemesis weapons are.

I'm Sorry Galatea, but the helmet has to go. It is not like every psychic can mind control people as they please.
Nemesis weapons are a type of close combat weapons designed for combat orientated psychics. the blades are able to withstand against an energy blade, but it isn't designed for prolonged combat against the said weapon. Psychics may store some of their psychic energy to strenghten the blade's cutting power. empowered blades when struck with a strong enough blow may damage heavy body armor, but it would be useless agaisnt a tank.

As much as I love the idea of cleaving through the masses of <insert enemy type here> with a damn bloody chainsaw attach to a hilt of a sword, but chainswords aren't avaivable to the species living in the galaxy. one of the extragalactic species use them, however you won't encounter them until the rebellion takes full scale. I won't reveal any more plot details as of yet.

Name: Darius Achaemenid V
Race: Human (Not psychic)
Age: 25
Appearance:
Is about 6'2 feet tall and has a very athletically toned body, though not outrageously so. Has very tan skin, being of ancient Arab and Iranian ethnicity. His hair is swept back, curly and dark. Darius's facial hair is trimmed to give him that "Prince of Persia" look. His eyes are a light blue, a trait passed down from his forefathers. He has a tattoo of a mythical Persian griffon on his left shoulder.
Background:
Darius was born and raised in the Capitol City his entire life, though due to his noble upbringing has had opportunities to travel around the galaxy to its most luxurious resorts and industrious planets. His father is an important noble to the Imperial Family, while his mother was the niece of the Governor of Lyra Primus. Darius was born into extreme wealth and prestige, being expected to take his father's place in due time, while also being involved in intergalactic politics, as was family custom. He has one younger sibling, Cyrus, who was voluntarily sent by the family to become one of the Empire's new Super Soldiers. Darius had not seen him since the age of 6. Darius was schooled in the most prestigious universities in the Empire, majoring primarily in military philosophy and science. Although officially an Empire Loyalist, Darius never liked civil inequality and always tried to push for social reforms within the law, but due to his youth and "love for the other species", was largely ignored by the other nobles. Since then he has taken to waging a secret war against the other nobles using his resources and knowledge of cyberwarfare. However, he could not operate in the Capitol City, and decided that he would go out into the Empire and start by neutralizing lower ranking nobles and politicians that oppose civil reform. He has not yet killed a single person, and hopes to avoid killing anyone at all, but is prepared to do so when the need arises.
Skills:
Being a noble, Darius was obligated to learn the basics of warfare and had become an exceptional marksman, but his strength lies in his intelligence, his tactical prowess, charm, and perceptive abilities. Darius was also well schooled in Spanish fencing and mixed martial arts, making him deadly in close quarters combat, but is most efficient in Imperial sanctioned duels. Darius is also a skilled hacker and programmer, even surpassing the abilities of most of the Empire's cyberwar suites.
Weapons/Vehicles/Miscellaneous:
- A new rapier made from the strongest alloys, reinforced with strengthening energy currents running though the blade made to pierce through tough armor or overload energy shields.
- 2 Helios M-17 double barreled pistols. They have excellent accuracy and power, being some of the best that money can buy. They do, however, require special ammunition, which attributes to the gun's power, but is very expensive and not easy to find except through official Imperial channels or the Black Market. Holds more shots than it looks like it can.
- A Black Mamba X-13 sniper rifle. It is very similar to most advanced sniper rifles with the exception that it can be networked to other weapon suites (including ship weaponry) so that instead of firing a powerful snipe, it paints a target for the networked weapons to shoot at. Darius customized it so that it can network to hacked weapon suites.
- A custom-made suit of light armor that Darius designed and created himself. It is completely black, is made to be invisible to most sensors, has an advanced optics and targeting system, and even features an onboard mini-shield generator that can be charged to send out an energy pulse (big or small ones). The suit is also made to be able to access any computer or A.I. terminals quickly and discreetly.
- An EM-5 Salvation luxury corvette ship. It is normally a well shielded transport ship used by the nobles for private trips, but Darius took the one he owned and fitted it with powerful, yet subtle weaponry. He also implanted an advanced A.I. named Astro to pilot the ship when he's away and place into position whenever Darius might need to network his sniper rifle to the ship. It is small enough to avoid detection by many sensors, but big enough to house a maximum crew of seven.
- Various bombs, gadgets, gears, and gizmos.

Yeah it was either that or another psychic. I thought that maybe there were too many of those and that many specialists having hacking skills would be more of a commonality in the future anyways.

One thing to make clear here: Both Borellians and Ahkari aren't welcome in Imperial space and are considered enemies to be shot on sight. So I fail to see how a group of them can set up a shop right in the heart of the Empire.(referring to Galatea's post here)
these two as well as another race which I'll make an intro post as soon as I get back from work are at odds with the Empire.

Another small bit of friendly advise Galatea, it seems off that you refer to humans as humans.
I know I do that all the time. However my char isn't a human. And more than half of the text that isn't in ""'s is his more or less his transcribed inner monologue. So when I write about Humans, he is thinking about them as Humans not people, since Humans to him are another species.
When you do that, while your char is a human herself, that is strange.
