I have started yesterday again and well, the game is very fun
Started custom map against 3 AI yesterday, everything seems in place now - artworks when hiring creatures, beautiful music, lovely town screens, good variety of factions and creatures and all those new adventure map buildings...If only the game was released in the state it is now in..
Overall the atmosphere and gameplay is very engaging and dynamic. Some RMG would be nice though...
I would love to play some multiplayer(well, try - was out of sync problem ever fixed?) in some spare time.
Much better then HOMM5 in my opinion, couldn't play that game at all..
are you kidding? Heroes 5 is lightyears ahead of Heroes 6. I didn't play Heroes 6 because it became the grounds of feminist political correctness. Plus, I like my games more believable. Heroes 5 was far more realistic with only the Succubus, Blood Maidens, Pixies and Matriarchs as its female warriors.

There was a steam sale during the weekend (€ 9.99 for H6 + SoD) so there shouldn't be a problem with finding people to fight against at least in the coming weeks.
I even launched the game yesterday (after months) just to try it and i didn't have to wait long to get sb to duel with.
According to steamcharts, yesterday there were 3k players from steam alone.
