Quite an impressive list. Although a lot of stuff that shouldn't have been there at the first place, but nonetheless a great job. Glad the editor got several fixes too. Hope there aren't a lot of new bugs in place.

I think the main thing for current patch was to make the campaign playable first of all. Because afaik no one from SC and HC finished it this far... So yea, I think, no need to expect that all bugs are cleaned.

They couldn't do all that in one go, I suppose (plus that would make the patch too large in size as well). It's only 1.2, so by the end of 2015 we may very well have 1.3, 1.4 etc .

AI became nutty this patch Oak spent a lot of work on it.

Remember all this is one of many. And there will most certainly be some issues left to resolve (or already have been resolved in the next patch) We're just grinding it out now until we get to an acceptable state.

Send him some words of appreciation from my part. But don't make him feel too good about himself, some issue are still present and he needs to improve the AI even further.

I just read the patch notes, but one thing I didn't see mentioned is a fix to the flags of Heroes on the minimap that persist after the Hero in question got defeated in combat. Those flags persist until the defeated Hero is hired again, or when loading the game. Especially in some maps where the AI tends to hire a lot of Heroes, the minimap can get really contaminated with false flags.

officially requesting a "large battle memorial flag" system similar to the one in Shogun 2.

I'll look into it Maurice and forward the feedback to the GUI guy. Might be a way to clean that up manually.

For epic battles and on the adventure map: sure . But not on the minimap.
