hahaha there is no such unit in the editor - this means they missed it in this patch

I can confirm this. No Efreet unit found in the game files...

One question: I lost Win32.exe file in game folder after this patch. Is this mean:
a) Something went wrong with my patching?
b) There is no hope for this game to work on 32-bit system and exec was removed on purpose?

Losing the 32bit executable file is only if and, only if...
...you are using the 64bit edition of the game, already.
Let's just hope that ain't the case, hon.

Now, all 7 titles can be played on Windows 10 Home/Pro Editions. Thanks to the good ole' Gog.com people, all the series can be played on any decent multi-core PC.

Something went wrong with this patch and map editor... the promised Steam Workshop (publish) button is missing (along with the Efreet).
Ahh... the version and changelist numbers are still the same as in 1.5 = not patched at all.
So.. maybe next time?

[Implemented] Added new neutral elite creature "Efreet".
Could Implemented mean that they are putting files there for future release? But if so, the Efreet should have been in the map editor at least as reference? Shouldn't it? I can't find it anywhere...

All right, this is gonna sound extremely nitpicky but,
why use the English spelling for Efreet and not for Djinn?

Multiplayer BUG: finished battle, but game says: "please wait while other players are returning from combat map"
Well, I can understand that: other player, opponent is very very busy and became very very tired watching, while I do combat

I have very nice bug too. When attacking player has outnumbering and he splits in 9 stacks one stack cannot be placed at all, not only that but battle cannot be started and only escape is to load .

Looks like the Efreet thing was me blowing my load too soon and copying from the wrong document. These aren't the Efreets you are looking for.
I'll start collating any bugs people find now and whether we're aware and have already fixed or if I need to investigate them myself on the new builds.

This is not a 1 hour talk and jobs done. It will require a fundamental change in the current implementation of SimTurns (namely the transition between maps) The biggest update for me personally was being told that it CAN be done, but wasn't for various reasons I wont discuss or disclose.
However the fact that these talks will/are/have taken place is actually a pretty big step in the right direction.
Remember when I type here i'm not typing for Ubisoft. I'm also not the man that makes the final decisions. However when it comes to community requested changes, if I field a good enough argument (think the color saturation thing you guys on HC helped me with) I have a decent amount of influence to push it over the edge where it might have fallen short.
I fight every battle I think can be won when it comes to the community. This is one I think we can genuinely change, and as a player myself WANT to see changed. Don't for a second think I enjoy having my MP session slowed down for each combat that isn't mine. HOWEVER, understand that there were some really relevant design decisions that pushed it that way and made sense, and still make sense. It's just in practice perhaps they aren't the best way to go.
