the "big changes" will probably be a few shoehorned rearrangements of the skill system and the other two factions pasted in from H6, at 40 euro price lol

This game is past redemption already...
The amount of negative emotions gathered around it is already big enough to create an army of "Ghosts" which would conquer all of Ashan.
I don't even want this game to be fixed cause it does not deserve a second chance...

I will preorder expansion as soon as they announce it.
I had fun already with vanilla and with all the free campaigns and patches its going to get even better. Only thing I hate are reused and extremely bad HVI models. And that council table no lip sync videos... Ouch!

Here the guy is asking about upcoming changes and he mentions specializations, creature abilities and faction-based abilities. He got the answer:

Whatever they do with this patch it is only making the game playable for the owners. It won't bring in new buyers.

If reviewers on Steam (all reviewers are owners aswell) will change theirs rating from negative to positive, it might bring new customers, cuz most negative reviews are based on a bad release condition of a game, not on an actual gameplay.

But in reality, what are the chances for that? I know that I loose interest in bad game pretty soon, and I don't return to them even if patches do miracle. First impression is important.

If they change the skillwheel system its gonna be in a xpack. If that happens, hopefully they'll be "nice" and that change will apply to base game too, unlike Civ Beyond Earth diplomacy.

My thoughts exactly. This 'god have mercy' game is only a time obstacle now. I want it to die as quickly as possible. I want Ubisoft to sell the franchise and then I will have a new hope. It can't be worse now.
PS - All you guys who pre-ordered the game fully deserve it. Some of you say that you will never make a mistake again. I am 100% sure if there is another M&M:H8 made by ubisoft you will buy it again.

Better because what? Because I will get banned here? Well I do not believe it and at least you know :-) Also I am not the one irrationally "surprised" that they failed again. Sorry Steve but it's hard not to be bitter when I knew it all before it all happened and no one listened to me.

If Limbic will develop the H8, I will buy it. I still trust them, and I am sure they learn from their mistakes. If Ubi entrust the H8 development another dev team, I will definitely skip it.
