If this was a fan made mod, this would be ok-ish (townscreen). The problem is in the following: this is an official content, and it should look much, much better.
And to be honest, there are many mods for heroes games that deliver much better look

the thing is there's no reason to even bother putting devils and imps in the Necro (let alone in such a crappy execution) lol, the story has nothing to do with Nekross where the Infernopolis and the Kreegans are supposed to be, it's just on some chain of islands far far away lol

I do realise Tiger is a Shadow Panther recolour, but correct me if I wrong - his Unicorn is just a mount, exactly how it is without any alterations or recolour.

When you said lordgraa's unicorn was 'just' a sylvan mount, you clearly implied it derogatorily, which is to say that it's somehow bad because it's a reused model, but that was never an issue before even with the colossal amounts of recycling Heroes 7 did. That kind of double standards.

Still not sure I agree. I mean, yes, it doesn't blend in perfectly with the other buildings, and that's why it's actually good (or better than much of what's also there) - because one of the biggest problems with the H7 townscreens is that all the buildings look so god-damn similar in style and form that it's impossible to tell one from the other. I mean, just look at this image again and look to the right side of the stairs on the ground level - how many dwellings are there: 3? Or 4? Or is it actually 5? And on top of the pyramid again: Is it 4 buildings there? Or 5? Or maybe only 3? Not really easy to make out. At least the lava-temple-thing has a meaningful form and it's readily identified from the rest of the structures.

Yes, it is ok how Efreet is done. Now, I would not be ok with it if Efreet was just a carbon copy of blue Solmyr without any animations.
