Maybe their campaigns have been designed to be balanced but they aren't. You know you can reach max. level in the earlier missions too quickly or you can pass through whole campaign with one spell. If this is a balance they don't want to break...

The Limbic Warriors are surreal: new mod on Steam

I would suggest the Limbic Warriors to make their own list of requests for the modders, with the stuff they are unable to do (such as a non-expert but usable AI perhaps ...?).

I understand what frustrates you and I completely agree. I still think, however, that they should prioitize fixing Hotseat/Skirmish mode and not the Campaigns (if for some reason they are not able to do both, which they should). A campaign with strong spells / wrong level caps is a minor evil compared to an imbalanced MP.
And yes, right now all area damaging spells are OP as hell (the non-area ones are also OP but less so).

Depends on your priorities, see some don't care about MP at all. The whole situation is impossible to defend anyway.

I do not know, what to say. I know games like Total War or Elder Scrolls who work with a big modding community but they deliver what they want with the game. They would never say something like that or I hope so, at least.
But this is beyond anything I ever experienced.

Should I also mention that adding duel heroes is a piece of cake? You just create some archetypes then add them to the config file lawl.

I don't think Black Hole did something really wrong, except for they signed the contract with Ubisoft. All bad gameplay decisions were, according to what we know, done by Ubi.
On the other hand, I would really like to be able to see inside Limbic, if they are really so unable to do even the most single improvements or if Ubi guys simply don't allow them to do them.

Ok is saw it..i had seen it. It wasnt as big as aionb suggested.
Here is ome suggestion to the modders
Make only gameplay changing mod. Can you do that?

I didn't suggest anything, I just stated a fact.
@ LW: maybe you could make your own thread, in which you should take suggestion from the Limbic Warriors for improving their limbicware (maybe they are waiting for other things to be done by modders, as well and they just don't dare to ask).
