The root of all problems lies in the H6 development when they parted ways with Nival, no doubt about it. It's just baffling how many wrong decisions they've made after that....

So, that means that any bug people report hereon in will be there forever (ever, ever, ever ... echoing in slow motion while a kaleidoscope with Erwan's face keeps displaying on the background of their subconsciousness) and those they reported which didn't get fixed will also be there as if they were ignored, even loyal customers being considered almost as a nonentity? Way to go! 
The only way now to even show the last glimpse of shame and, perhaps, a bit of respect for those who wriggled and suffered all this year would be selling the rights to someone else, as to try and undo the partial spiritual damage these abhorrent companies caused on clientele.

From this I think it's safe to say sayonara to the Heroes franchise under Ubi's wing. We might see some weird spin-off game (alas, chinese mobile stuff) but dumping the VIP program...damn.
Or should I be happy for you guys? Now you don't have to put up with them ignoring your efforts
