That's just not true and you are example of that.
Your switch from positive view to totally negative over few units is amazing and it shows how shallow your passion for core game really is.
Don't get me wrong, if you were skeptical or had negative opinion since start I could understand, even agree, but sudden and total change over small part of the game is indicative, to me, that you care much more about looks than mechanic of the game.
I consider graphic equally important as gameplay but I would never switch my opinion so drastically because of unit appearance.

Just a question, is there any heroes in particular that you'd like to return in mmh7? I have to say that even though Heroes 4 is my least favorite HoMM game (No, I don't count mmh6 as a heroes game) I'd love to see Derden return, because he's badass.

Since Marzhin, now Dungeon has been elected, promised he would lobby for the inclusion of Darkstorm as a Hero for Dungeon, I would like to advocate the other Veteran Minotaur Hero, Dace.
Since Skeletal Liches are a rarity as is, I'd like to see the other one, the one that isn't Sandro, the Death Knight Moander return.
Stronghold has 2 truely Iconic Heroes, Crag Hack and Yog. Crag is dead by the time of Heroes 7, but Yog has yet to return, I'd like to see Yog.
For Sylvan, hmmm, Maybe Elleshar or Aeris? I dunno, not realy a group I play much in the day.
For Haven, since Maximus and lord Haart are probably dead, maybe Orrin, sir Christian or Tyris?
And as far as Academy goes, Solmyr seems to glaringly stand out as someone we've yet to see.
