I like the town screen. See nothing against it, its extravagant, creepy looking and suits Ashan spider cult necro.. I have way more issues with copy cut elites.. They really need to alter the Lich, Vampire and Lamassu. Core and Champion both fine in my opinion. Don't forget its not Undead faction, its specifically Ashan mages spider cult. Love it or hate it..

i changed my mind, i want somethingelse now, i want necro to flee from this town, i can accept this spidder fetish town concept if they let necro live outside of it, since they seems to reaaaaallly like spiders.

you want to see what gothic looks like in video games? look for Darkest Dungeon.

My first thought would be the forums, since as to the stadium, we all come here to "watch" the development of the game. And sure I, myself am more of the loud guy saying he came her to watch game and not for some running commentary so people should keep it to themselves, and has a loud argument with one or two guys who had one to many from time to time. Well you don't have to see "the franchise" as the team, and you shouldn't. The franchise is the game, and different opinions and approaches are the teams. Because that is what divides us. Opinions about art, game mechanics, story etc.

As you say it "to them". If you noticed several people here have expressed satisfaction, or at least noded that it's an improvement. Sure everybody is entitled to have an opinion. But 40 page discussion about how the "dresses" should look like, or threatening to burn the opposing team's bus down are not the best way to express them.

Yes, just like with H6.
Complaining about management though is not only an sports analogy.
You're satisfied with them having to make a poll because they (again) only had enough resources to implement the bare minimum of factions?
That the company poured so little money into this project, the devs had to invent some PR bull about Nec being in permanent stasis*?
That kind of management?
If so then more power to you, but to me this is all a two steps back; one step ahead kinda deal rather than the opposite.
*Which will probably be dropped in heartbeat in later instalments in the rare case they should get proper funding

Well One thing is, that proportion of people who liked and disliked H6 is more towards the dislike (me included)
On the other hand the proportion on this particular topic is 50/50 at best, if not slightly towards the "like/Could be worse" side
And also I never told I agree with their management. I understand it, but I don't agree. I know reusing assets is common, but that doesn't mean I will jump in joy that they reused the "bad ones". I understand why there are 6 factions in the vanilla game (Niech market, Development expenses, Room for sequels, need to keep the games price low and still have profit), That doesn't mean I would like to see dwarves or nagas back in the vanilla as well. But all this doesn't mean I acknowledge them.
Ubi made their decisions based on there expectations from the game, and on how their predecessor had ended up. You might hate them for it, you can call them cheap. But they had there reasons, be it greed or risk, or the lack of will to take it.
But as bad as this is, as bad as one might dislike the art, mechanics, lore, etc. None of this justifies acting like a hooligan on a sport event.

Do we know why they did not go with this system for tech tree?
H3:
-Village Council-City Council-Town Hall-Capitol(income)
-Fort-Citadel-Castle(walls/+unit per week)
Into:
H5&H7:
-Town level
-Village Council-City Council-Fort-Town Hall-Citadel-Capitol-Castle
It would give artist easier time to create TS.

Blind as always.
Blizzard was the one who merged spiders + undead themes, these fellows just copied it because it's so cool!!! (not)
Blizzard did a lot of good with Diablo and Starcraft, but Warcraft is a big mistake!

If I would continue this analogy. Sure, the people who do the later, are only "passionate about their hobby" but are the reason, I would think twice before taking my son to a football game.
The people who I was talking about are this, the hooligans of this community. They may even be the most passionate and loyal fans. But at the same time they are the biggest problem for the community and for the "sport".

Academy faction and town screen reveal: some complaints ... but meh. It's ok.
Haven faction and town screen reveal: mostly positive, even tho models are reused. again some complaints against town mostly .... it's ok.
Necro faction and town screen reveal: 100+ page rant, fire Erwan and whole Ubi staff, this can not stand! The horror. They reused models. Blasphemy! Town screens have same issues as other two, unforgivable, and unexpected! All the reasons to boycot this game. Whoever likes this Necro is casual and his/her opinion does not matter. 
Best thing to do. Remove Necropolis. Everybody happy
