Can't but agree with this one. I know that preparing for the release of a game is like a ritual but this is ubi we are talking about. Best to take things slow

Are people seriously expecting "beta delayed because of save corruption, multiplayer desyncs, and memory leaks to suddenly become available at the stroke of midnight?

So I was waiting last night for the beta to release at 2AM in my Timezone, playing Witcher 3 haha.
The website crashed shortly after 2AM, but I decided to wait for a bit. Around 230 I had enough and went to bed - thinking to myself - "well at least it should all be sorted and working when I wake up".
Woke up and checked the blog. Delayed. Very disappointing and I'm starting to slowly shift to the other side - starting to lose faith a bit.
I cannot understand how some people can support delays like this.
Point is not just that the beta will start some time later(who knows maybe today?).
Point is - it's Heroes 6 all over again.
Hyping the beta days before release, inevitable delay and apologetic bull post on the blog with Ubisoft usual marketing formula - "so sorry, delay for your benefit, assuring quality, making this a game of your dreams" etc.
Sorry but this is not acceptable. Your promise - you deliver. Don't you have some project managers up there?
I have faith in Limbic - not so much in Ubisoft though.
Instead of hyping the beta days before the release you could either have the work done, or change the date at least few days before.
How do you expect gamers to trust you on delivering the whole bug free game if you fail to deliver small portion of it on time?
As usual bad management hurts the game and the brand itself.

It may come as a surprise, but I think the devs are human too. I know, shocking as it may be, given how out-of-touch they seem because of the direction they've taken this game .
