I know it is getting bit boring but here I come again
Today with brand new: Water drain system (guide)
PS: you can also do the opposite (flood canyon with water) but it is a bit more difficult since you cannot move landscapes in UDK3 with matinee so you have to use transparent material on water/ocean landscape and then fake the moving plane as seen in the guide.
I think that I have covered mostly all the tricks devs did in official campaigns.

I made some new creatures in the map editor.
A part of them has textures from Heroes VI, rest are recolours.
I'm going to put them in the map I'm working on, when it's ready.

Wow... this Unicorn is pretty awesome. Do you have animation for him? Because I think that fellows from AC can help with adding him to the game. Also @Acid Dragon was trying to add Unicorn (model is in H7 files) but he had problem with animation so he left this idea... but maybe if you allow him to use this model he can add Unicorn to his mod.

Unfortunately, I don’t have animations. The closest animations are the Moon Doe’s but still the positions of some bones should be modified. Maybe only the Moon Doe’s “Attack” and “Critical Hit” can be included to the Unicorn’s animation with the appropriate modification.
Recently I’m working on "new" resources but I don’t have much free time so I don’t know if I’ll be able to finish this little project. The Alchemist Lab (Mercury Mine) should be done from a scratch and even I haven’t started yet. For the others I’ll modify the available assets – Meteor Crater will become Sulfur mine, the Underground Pit will become Gemstone mine and so on. The Blood forge will be replaced by the Alchemist Lab (my god I still need to take a look in the files about the stupid names of the mines, can’t remember them after several months ).

I think what you see is the Academy hero that was supposed to appear in Heroes VI or some Heroes VII model hero made into a unit with the druid animations, a spectral dragon i guess based on the skeletal dragon with new colors and ambience, the red dragon based on Black dragon model and finally the heroes VI Inferno mount made into a unit.

Hello, I've dig in code in search for animation. It's a bit strange because it is reading them but they aren't interpreted in anyway. But I've enlisted them. Now my dear fellows, do you have any idea what to do with them? Maybe this will be helpfull.

If you want to help with global modding, you can reacreate animations for models from H6. Then we can transfer whole fractions into H7.

Looks colorful. It ain't awful, though the area (the ground, the grass and everything else) could use more saturation, to give it a polish, rather than making it all dull.

so..... when is this going to hit the game? is it a global mod too? i see we have sulfur, gems, and crystals. what about mercury? by the way what replaces what? sylvan for example relies on starsilver, so i guess crystals are starsilver?
mercury could be the dragonsteel
sulfur replaces shadowsteel
finally gems the dragonblood crystal?

Yes, it will be global as the rare resources will be replaced. As for when, I don't know because there is some stuff I'm not gonna be able to do by myself and I'll look for collaboration. But first I want to finish all models and textures. The Sulfur mine should be finished and I'm wondering what to modify for Mercury mine (no time to build it from a scratch). Kwarc suggested to modify H6 Training center. The models of adv. map piles you can see here.

We need a mod to use all hereos which are in the game on skirmish maps and also one to get rid of the town construction structure! F.e u need lv 4 Magic guild in sylvaan to build the champion building, no good idea! Can anyone handle this?
