I have played 60+ hours in that game, so I'm guessing my understanding of it is better than yours. Your disdain for Ubisoft prolly prevented you from checking it out in the first place. I don't see any use in arguing if it's a MMO up to your standard, since your standard is arbitrary. The only thing that matters is this MMO (or a new one) will probably be the last Heroes game that receives any kind of continued support and attention. Pretty scary eh?

Yes, I did play that game for like 15 hours or so. It's hardly anything to compare with World of Warcraft and any other real MMO's lol. I'll just assume you're trolling and stop biting.

See what? That this MMO is not as good as WoW? WoW is an IP of itself (so is Age of Conan) that's been around for more than a decade. This is a spin-off. Why should it be as good as WoW when none of the classic Heroes games are in this format? Why should Ubisoft invest a lot in this MMO when they don't even invest in good old PC games? You keep saying "real MMO", this IS real MMO, hundreds of thousands of people agree it's "real MMO". You meant "good" MMO, and how good it is is entirely up to your subjective standard. That's a pretty ridiculous way to walk away from an argument, and I think YOU are the troll here for not articulating anything. Maybe you just can't, then I understand, and I won't bite either.

I have very little interest in mobile games, so it's very probable it will keep me untouched.
Limbic won't disappear out of the business, they didn't waste their own money for the game and they're already hiring new people for some unannounced game in UE4. They'll be safe if they avoid any future interactions with Ubisoft.

Good heavens, I'd never wish for them to go bankrupt. I am sorry that it happened to BH but I should hope that this is not a common occurrence with ubi devs. Having a small company on my name, I find the very thought horrifying.

Because they ain't got the balls to do it! Over a billion dolla in the bank, still playing it safe with web browser MMO's! Hahaha! Maybe a mobile MMO in the near future too? lol! I've seen many games made by 3 guys in a garage better than Ubisoft's Multiplayer MASSIVELY played online game!

Is there any people in the community that is trying to fix this game? First of all the desynch problems but also the area spells that makes the AI get stuck?

unfortunately nobody will really be able to fix the fundamental technical problems of this game certainly without the source code, and Ubisoft never releases any source code for its games, therefore it's basically just a loss lol

It doesn't, Ubi simply refuses to handle negative feedback, at best you get canned answers, at worst other people start to flame your topic then moderator jumps on the opportunity to close it. Or even delete it from the start if the OP is too blunt. For insisting a bit too much there I got banned.
