I fear I may not be able to assess Oddy's power level correctly because of all the modifiers in places. For one, he is a fa- homosexshhhhual and everyone knows there is no better way of asserting your dominance and alphaness than wasting another guy's behind, but there is also a distinct possibility that Mr. Ball here is a heavyweight and likes to take in big loads, which would leave him pretty much helpless against every creature on Earth. Then his only defensive option would be the exploitation of the enormous gravitational pull of his hole of unspecified colour, but that may lead to catastrophic consequences and should only be employed as a final measure.
In the end, I believe the most critical factor at play to be his valiant Canadian blood. A true Canadian never enlists the use of violent force, unless required so by their Monarch. They usually begin by bombarding their opponent with a shower of apologies and thus instill a feeling of guilt in him - a battle tactic widely known as "The Great Leaffall". After this tactic has been employed, no further action is necessary as the victim succumbs to an overwhelming feeling of shame and surrenders the fight.
His Canadian origins are certainly the sole decisive factor for the outcome of the battle, but not in the manner portrayed above. Why? To put it bluntly: The Day of the Rake draws near! Canada should have never messed with the Philippines! Their trash shall be returned with a vengeance ! Prepare, Mr. Ball!

PS: I list the result as "inconclusive" because it is uncertain whether Oddy can survive a catastrophe of such magnitude as the Day of the Rake. I am fully intent on completing a follow-up post exploring the outcome of the PvP, should one take place. That one would also summarise Galatea's strengths and weaknesses.
