I've been quite busy this last week so I couldn't chime in to announce the closing of the votes.
But hey, since nobody is taking the torch, I'll be closing an eye, I'll announce the winner later in the day, since I didn't even give a warning.

Well... I guess this was a bit short as a final term, but hey, if you wanted to cast your vote you had more than a week anyway, so...
With a triumphant 3-0 artu restores his imperial dignity as an Ottoman, leaving the German yet defeated in war.
Congratulations all around, especially to Galaad for the best kookadooga answer, though I'll admit I was undecided since Kip's answer was also pretty great.

But then I smack Neraus in the head for allowing mafia to run willy nilly through his country, leaving him unconsious, and for me to claim all the glory.

But then I get smacked on the head, and I hear something about disgracing Cesare Mori. I start crying while unconscious, in my mind I see the 7 greatest emperors in succession: Augustus, Marcus Aurelius, Constantine, Justinian, Frederick II, Konstantine XI and Mussolini; desperate and taken by shame I start struggling. I feel as if I'm dragged by an eagle while getting back on my feet, I take my trusty baton and I smack Kip on the head, while he's confused I start pouring ricinus oil in all his booze, I then offer a toast.
And with a "Salute!" Kip is forced to go to the bathroom, the poor sod will have to stay there for a while without having a bidet.
I win by forfeit.
