The greens on beetroot should NOT be thrown away. Sautee them in a wine or red vinegar and eat them up!
Also, a delicious glass of beet juice is a perfect start to the morning:

Merely because you have not thought some tings through and are completely stuck to some very bad wrongs, you call another insane? Essentially, you call me insane merely because I know some relevant things you do not. Because I have thought through things that you have not.
You don't even try to think through to see whether am right or not, you merely respond based on your very bad biases. Only reason you "agree" with vegan stuff, is because biases you have regarding veganism simply happen to accord what I've said about it.
Sane ones do not simply call another insane, but absolutely give explanations as to on what their assumption that other one is insane, is at all based on. You called me insane, without explaining yourself.
Sane ones don't use narcotics, sane ones do not promote narcotics as something beneficial. You're not by far first one who hass used narcotics and as result became insane -- I've "conversed" with some exactly same dispositions and attitudes as yours before -- victims of LSD, cannabis, shrooms, and some particularly nasty vegans. Many ways to become messed up in such way that you as well are.

Fat Thursday is the only time in the year I eat donuts. I ate 5 so far, but in my youth I could eat a lot more...

Today I homemade my own delicious falafel sandwich on whole wheat pita bread
Here is a picture of my creation:
https://drive.google.com/open?id=1m95VWJoL-CUH1Hi928OVM_oGd2iVvntl
Falafel, cucumbers, tomatoes, homemade vegan sour cream, veganaise, and some salt & avocado oil.
The homemade vegan sour cream is made of soaked & pureed whole cashews, water, salt, lemon juice, and dijon mustard.
I have enough leftovers to make around 5 sandwiches, which I'll be eating for the next 2-3 days.

Delicious and colorful ratatouille!
Good with some soy sauce and/or Beijing sweet sauce. Or just eat plain
Green & yellow zucchini squash, eggplant, red onion, tomato, basil, cilantro, and napolatana sauce You can also sprinkle with bread crumbs.

There's not really such a thing as too many veggies.
Or too much vegemite!

My "beef" with Ratatouille is that the vegetables are usually too firm for my taste. Crunchy even. I prefer if those are more braised. I simply love tomatoes fried on a pan or Lecso. The softer the better for me
Hint: both fried tomatoes and Lecso can be enriched with meat, and they taste even better

Uhhh... if your ratatouille is crunchy you haven't made it correctly It's baked in the oven, brushed with an oil, so it is suppose to be soft.

Might be the case. But I also ate it on few occasions, soft version also (are there two ways to cook it by chance?) and it was nothing to write home about...
Oh and this reminds me, try this: https://www.jamieoliver.com/recipes/vegetables-recipes/courgette-salad-with-mint-garlic-red-chilli-lemon-and-extra-virgin-olive-oil/. Some time ago I watched Jamie Oliver making this in one of his programs and made it afterwards as a supplement to another dish, and it turned out really good! And yeah, it works best in summer.

That stuff is absolutely tantalizing, though here what we do is boil them in water then coat them in butter fried breadcrumbs, that **** is the bees-knees.

An especially delicious dinner
Spicy black bean "burger" on dark rye bread with spinach, red onion, tomato, veganaise, dijon mustard, and caraway seeds.
White navy beans with garlic and turmeric.
Golden honeydew.
Tall glass of homemade, unsweetened barley tea.
To make barley tea, simply roast barley on a pan over medium heat for 5-7 minutes, then transfer to a boiling pot of water. Reduce to medium-low heat and let it soak for 10 minutes. Add honey if you wish
