I'm with Oddy on this. It may not be a great film by any means but it's a fun experience if you're not having any high expectations.
That line I quoted is better than most of the dialogue in other comic book movies that get overpraised today.
And Michael Gough as Alfred got some of the best ones.
Alfred: Death and chance, stole your parents. But rather than become a victim, you have done everything in your power to control the fates. For what is Batman? If not an effort to master the chaos that sweeps our world. An attempt to control death, itself.
Bruce Wayne : [pause] But I can't, can I?
Alfred : None of us can.
Alfred : There is no defeat in death, Master Bruce. Victory comes in defending what we know is right while we still live.

But quotes alone don't save movies. It had the same impact than Starship Troopers 2, or most of the last RE movies. Something that simply went wrong.
Arnold's quotes are nice at any movie he does, actually. Such as those in The Predator movie where he throws a knife pinning the guy against a wooden pillar and says: "Stick around!" OR when he kicks down a door aiming a shotgun or whatever at two guys and saying: "knock, knock!" and knocking the guys cold thereafter.
And there's the quote of another character, one that kept chewing tobacco. The guy was bleeding and his companion says: "You're bleeding." The guy looks at his injury: "Got no time for bleeding." Something like that.
Oh, well. There's always that movie with the Tire killing things with its psychic powers.

Considering that you just remembered all those quotes, I'd say the quotes saved the movies. Or made them more memorable. You just remembered all those iconic lines.
The reason the Star Wars prequels are so loved is cause of the lines and memes.
Those quotes you just mentioned are all iconic and are why the movies are still loved and cherished to this day.

Ahh, no actually, no. I remember them because I enjoyed the movie and watched it with attention, and more than once. I wouldn't bother if I didn't enjoy the movie. The most I would note that for a couple of hours or so, then it would vanish. I am not a fan of memorizing things that are linked to things that cause me disquiet or disgust. So, after a bad experience such as that, I file it as an overall foul closure as a reference not to step on that ever again, and then I clear the cache of every other residue, unless it traumatized me at some extent. That Batman is probably on this latter situation, hand in hand with that Tire movie.
So no, I don't think they save movies at all, accordingly to how one would classify what's a good or a bad movie, which is also a very personal opinion. But the part that helps them become memorable (in the good sense of the word), it sounds alright.
Differently from enjoying trash movies we know it's awful, but you watch it anyway because there is one or another thing that will make you chuckle, such as quotes (which might be your case with that Batman movie, perhaps). Like when I am watching that awful Piranha 3DD, movie, skipping most of it, only to watch the Waterpark manager dying scene. It's beyond ridiculous, with so many oddities knitted together, you could have a pentagram-shaped rug by accident as a result, if you watched it holding knitting needles.
I have watched that Batman movie something like 4 or 5 times, or maybe more. (X – 1) of them by accident, because I happened to be in a place where that thing was playing and I had nothing else to do entirely, except drop dead. I remember the movie (because you need to learn with your past mistakes and it was an utter disapointment, even back then when I usually enjoyed things like Mortal Kombat), and probably the only quote I remember is Mr. Freeze saying: "Bye, bye!" or something like that, because he waved his hand, or because it was somewhat at a lame moment. So, I could relate visually. Surely, there are a lot of bye-byes on other movies.
Back then, I guess those superhero movies, or most them, had a more juveline public in mind. Which makes that movie so caricatured, to begin with. Or maybe I have a prejudice with older Batman movies? Every time I watch that other Batman movie, whathisface, Batman Forever? I immediately fall asleep. Might have gone as far as 30 minutes inside it, then my body tries to protect me by shutting down my cognition. Up to this day, I don't know how that movie ends. I'm forever falling asleep.
Right now, I am into the Expanse series/books, and most of the quotes I recall are brought by Amos (I am that guy.) and Avasarala (You are a sadistic and your mother doesn't love you!), but there was one by Fred Johnson I was happy it made to the TV series (which needs context to be explained here). These ones I like to remember, given they bring me some joy. They are the sort of good, memorable ones. ^_^
P.S.: And basically both Portal games scripts.

I mostly notice stuff Ghost writes, specially when he is being throroughly genuine, if you know what I mean.

Holy hell, just watching some Cyberpunk 2077's bugs. They are hilarious. Or would be, if they weren't so sad. So many random stuff. Trees dirtorting out of the blue, character flying across the scenery only to land into placeholder empty buildings and die, characters on a motorcycle getting naked and static, then back into proper position and attire.

Had some fun watching Assassin's Creed Valhalla's bugs too. Which ... seems very similar to God of War 4.
Cyberjunk simply looks like a GTA game that doesn't work. The world is dull and dead and flat. I supposed that was not the intended product, not I recall that being the one announced. It stinks so much like Mass Effect Andromeda. At least you have some nice-looking gals. MEA, some feminist justiciar took hold of the designs and decided people had very wrong conceptions of female beauty and they shouldn't be objectified. Hence, all females needed to look like abominations. And nobody seemed to care to point that out.

The game was delayed repeatedly... and should have been delayed again. But CDPR’s shareholders likely ran out of patience and delivered an ultimatum, so instead of doing what was good for the game and the people playing it, the game was released months before it was in a polished state, and it clearly shows.
Aaaaand I hate it.

Good for you, I've seen too many bug reports on that one. But even those aside, what I saw of the game did not leave me impressed. Feels like the standards of the original dropped and I hate when that happens.
