Faster. Maybe 50ms between frames.
Also, if you are using Photoshop, try to use brushes for your creatures. It's a simple and fast way to add some nice effects.
Here is an example fire brushes for photoshop

It is nice art. No doubt about that in my opinion.
However, if you want my opinion of how it fits my idea of a pit lord, then I must say it fits a bit poor. I have great respect for pit lords, because in all things I've seen them, D&D type of games and heroes3&5 they've some kind of wicked power that makes them unique.
If a pit lord should use sword/armor, I think there should be one extreme good reason they'd use it, like it's enhanced somehow that gives them the same abilities like the vorpal sword, or something like that, which would make people think 'anyone could use that ability'.
Also, pit lords roams around in hell, I imagine it is extremely hot those places, so the armor should be made out of something that would not have melted, or there should be parts of it blackened like it has been somewhat damaged by the heath (however again, I don't think the items should be worn because of their common use, but because of special enchantments, so that the armor and sword have taken burning damage should matter little in their useability).
So maybe a little darker weaponry, which also includes some burned patches or something, would be my suggestion.

the pit knight's do not live in hell they live on earth where they terrify the forces of the humans so they are born on earth not in hell meaning that they are like the main soldiers of the devil that he uses to exterminate the humans,also i need the help of a erm scripter

From the Heroes 3 games, I always imagined demons were the main soldiers of the devil and pit lords were more like the spell casters (in heroes 3 necromancers, in heroes 5 more like sorceress) of hell.
That is because in heroes 3 it is tons of demons you end up with as your main force and I must admit, I always wondered, why did they not provide armor and weapons for these demons? Demons, as I see it, after all, are nothing else, than what skeletons are to necropolis, a force only to produce damage, not magic. So to me, it's somewhat perverted to see a pit lord like that. Anyway, it probably could work still though.

ERM is very complicated and takes months or even years to master. To learn some of the basics, there's an "ERM for Dummies" thread in Celestial Heavens. That's where I went first. There's also an "ERM Tutorials" or something like that in the html ERM help file (on the top left corner), that comes with the ERM Scripter.
