Yeah, I preferred the first one. I don't think the green looks so good.
Anyway, I think that's a cape or cloak rather than a coat.

hey all first post,thought u guys died out on me..
anyway here is my idea...
if you can show me what program u use to extract sprites from h3 i can edit them myself
i did some editing with other game sprites and i can help
i have some ideas..
Goblin knight
Take that humane knight give him 2 of the hob goblin maces and hes head,and give him mino's hoorns for the helemt and keep it all metching blackish color...

i cant make a new topic so ill post it in here..
I have a nice idea that partily was seggested before
making simmler stage upgrades..
for insteance
Mino upgrades either to mino king or to blood mino,Dmg or armor?
and stuff like that
like in disicples...
however,making it for all is too much so some will be united into one,like slyvan centuar...
i have the designe in mind ready and once i can solve all my problams in my pc,i can start learning how to make em..
Castle
halbardier can unite with royal griffin to becoume griffin lancer that will be a equal to lvl 4 creature.
archer into marksmen or bowmen(the bowmen from mm7 graphick,shoot once,but more dmg).
swordsmen into crusader or melitica(the melitia is a swordsmen with a flail instead,and a sheild,he can stun enemys and does more dmg then crusaders but he lacks the def,and attacks only once)
Monks into Zealots or war zealots,the only diff though,is that zealots are healers,thats right,he never attacks,he only heals,and war zealots attack.
Here i think we should do slight modification,instead i want first Nomads to be created then they become either cavaliers either champions,while one is heavily armored and other attacks harder.
angel into archangel and that into supreame same.
Dungeon:
I think Infranal Troglodites should unite with Scorpicores to becoume Scorpicores lancer or somthing..
Harpy into harpy hags or harpy queens,the queens have 2 swords,which enables them attacking twice,but have less hp
Beholders into evil eye or floating eye,Imagine big eye floats,does less dmg but has 25% of berserk inflicting to whoever it attacks.
meduasa into meduasa queen or emprass,emprass is fearless but isent as skilled with a bow as the queen.
the mino as i said earlier is upgrading into either the king,with armor or the bigger unarmored blood mino with bigger dmg and hp
the red into black into darkness../
Fortress:
The gnoll unites witht the wyvern and the wyvern raider is a unite of 7th lvl.
i want to make another modifiction here,lizard warior cant be warior if hes an archer
so its lizard,into lizard archer or lizard warior(the lizardsoldier from mm8).
serpant flies into dragon flies or berserk flies,aint flying but terrifiying.
basilisk into aicent or greater,the questine of dmg vs hp
gorgon into mighty gorgon or iron gorgon,the iron one has less dmg but higher deffence
hydra into chaos hydra and hell hydra
i cant think of too meny inferno unites besids two..
the gog into magog or pandamoneus,he looks like magog but with red dragon wings and tail,has higher attack but isent shooter.
annd the kelpha or hell's raider unite the archer devil with hellsteed to make it. lvl10 monster.
Necropolis: Skeleton into skeleton warior or skeleton archer,looks like sharpshooter with skele face.
walking dead into zombie warior (the axe wilding) or zombie,the zombies from mm7.does less dmg but has more hp.
wight upgrade into wraight that age or ghosts that do there thing..
vampires evolve into vampires lords or nosferatu's(someone made the desgine here ill have just to look it up,its a lord with zealot face all green)anyway it inflicts less dmg but has regeneration,and desise.
in here liches will unite with the ghost dragons to becoume Drecomencer lich or somthign,as some desinged them, before,they do increadible dmg,and can raise bone dragons from dead ones.
Darkknights choose to evolve into dred knights or praphes Dark champions,someone made it somewere the'll look like dark clothed sharpshooter with dred knight's weapon,dark knight's head and crusaders sheild. dmg or def?
Ramrpert
i dont have ideas for it too besides two:
the dwarf unites into battle dwarf or dwarf crossbowman thedwarfs from mm8.
and pagsi into pagasi silver or pagasi lancer,with the elfs lancer from mm7 todo more dmg but undefended.
no ideas for the rest yet...OPINIONS?!

okay there i tryed somthing
MY stuff:
The pendamoneus is the winged hell ,he reises fire on armys ,and ussally sourned by magogs.
Draco-Archlich he can revive dragon skeletons from dragons deid in combat
The skeleton archers use undead spell to craft bone arrows that are dengerus and poisions to living targets
The nosferatu never shows it face for it so much horrifyed by the vampirism course,he just sustains hemself by draining mental and physical essence of the living.
The Brutal Kelpha is the vengfull guardien of hell,he sit with luzifer in the infrenall courts.

im glad u liked it ,but no i did those without exctracting,i google homm3 monstername and it gives a picture,i use that...i only want to attract others..however if one gives me the sprites i can make an animtation

Well, this is Garuda-legendary creature in Eastern mythology.
It has eagle wings and head and humans body. Sometimes Garuda in myts is shown with flaming blade in his hand.
The hardest part was to recolour titan's legs.
