This is'nt realy a creature, but it looks okay. I call it a Necromancy Tower, were a hero can learn/improve necromancy skills.

Okay, this is my creature. It took me half a day to make it, even though it is not any sort of masterpiece. I am proud of myself (my first creature) . Please don't criticise me too bad, It is my first time:
Attacking fiercely
Dying
Being hit
Fooling around
Flying around
Defending itself

I made it in short time (two animatiuns in hour or more).

Nightmare
Here's a replacement I'm working on for hell steeds or nightmares (haven't decided which to replace yet) I still need to animate it. I modeled it in 3d. Here's a couple of screenshots of what I've got so far. Tell me what you think.

A Model is great - I really like it.
But there is always a "but"
Bad light - we can't see his torso and head.
Maybe some more details like burning nightmare? (As in heroes 5)

You did a good job. It doesn't really look anything like the King's Bounty creature to me but that's okay.
It does still look somewhat similar to the Enchanter, but I don't really mind that either--it's obviously different and still looks nice.
I think the only thing I'd suggest if you want to reduce the similarity a bit more is to change the breastplate (or whatever that shiny silver part is) to something else..some other colour perhaps, like a bronze or gold colour. I don't know how it would look but at least it would be different from the Enchanter.

yes, but changing colour of breastplate on this stage is hard 
but i'm thinking about re-colour his coat for green (or other colour) or add ivy or creeper on his robes. what about it?

Okay. I like the current coat colour but maybe ivy or creeper would look nice on it (hard to say until we see it).

hmm... make ivy on his robers is difficult (my Leshii looks ugly with it ), but what about green coat?

Yeah, the first rendition was better. I still think it's good.
Perhaps you could try to add more original details next time (i.e. keep the recolored robe and cloak, but change the armor and head).
