Why I feel I am suitable for the post:
Well, being Irish - I automatically am more qualified for the Party bit. And as God of partying I shall strive to create a festive atmosphere for those that follow me. Whether photocopying your boobs at an office party, or a clown at a kiddies party is required, pray to me and I shall grant mucho de goodtimes! With as much wine, soda or distilled water as the occasion calls for 
As no good party is complete without music I shall strive to reproduce a menagerie of sounds catered to each ear to bring symphonic ambrosia to the masses.
My hyms shall rock, and they shall roll and they shall all be no.1 hits, perfect for playing at one of my divine parties!
Appearance: In my natural form I am a slim early-twenties male, attired in the most fashionable clothes of the given era, with a roguish grin and an eye for a good time waiting to happen. I have a cosmic guitar strapped to my back and a bottle of 'what's your poison' in my hand.
Followers: need only to be up for a good time

You forgot to mention you can lay seige to the entire F.O.G., cause death and destruction, and be a royal pain in the @ss.
I'll think about it but don't get your hopes up.
