The procedure is simple. You go to the first page and find the joining form. You fill it in and send it to me via IM. If I'm not sure if I should accept the person, I consult the other members of the Federation.

Technically, they would go to the fourth level of the HMLP, which is reserved for the ones who did not make proper attempts to spam, but were not branded with quality points. Animals would fit under that category, unless you can show me a spamming animal.
However, this all depends on the question whether animals have souls. If they do, then the fate described above awaits them. If not, then they just disappear into nothingness.

For your information, I'm not a material being. So may I ask how you were planning to eat me. I'll just flow out of you again, if you manage it. Trying to eat me will only resolve in a faster journey to a deeper part of the HMLP.

I Spared you from death and my ultimate spam because i was feeling generous, and you want me to fill out an application form?? I Can get QP's and Spam like hell at the same time, not one of you can do that! NOT ONE!, that is why i am the supreme god.
