i would like to know if it's possible for each member witj 3+ red stars to have 5 custom smilies. so custom smilies is where Valeriy uploads 5 images and they appear in your kookie bar. is that possible?

Well, he may do, but if you ask for it here, you are also allowing to pay for it, i think. But you could alwys uplaod the smilies yourself(imageshak, etc.)and post them here

Having Custom Smilies isn't such a good idea in my opinion. You can easily link to the smilies you want via the [img] codes.
It would also slow down the server if all the members above 3 QP's had 5 custom smilies.

Actually there may be a way of getting around the [img] thing, I can think of something (well maybe 2 things) but I haven't tested anything, so they might not (read, probably wouldn't) work.

I have an idea perhaps someone would sponsor and its really simple. Expanding the profile to have "threads, posts, bonuses, stats, AND details"
Details would be random questions like favorite food, best childhood memory, favorite video games, ect.

yeah, but the [img] thing takes so long. it asks you whether you want to display scripted windows, than delete the [img]null[img]. and then actually link to it. i think we need more smilies then lol.

I'd pay for the `I agree` smiley that I made to be added in. But, it is animated, so... Plus it's bigger than all the others.
@Wulf: you can turn off the scripted windows thing by adding http://heroescommunity.com to the sites list within the trusted sites group. Go Tools->Internet Options->Security, then click on the tick, then click Sites, then uncheck the tickbox, and add HC. Ought to remove that annoying prompt, if you are using IE - BUT, IE7 on Vista will then require you to open a new window to view HC, which is also annoying. The solution is to use Firefox or Opera (my recommendation) I guess.

Why, when i receive notification e-mails and i press that link, i'm not redirected to last post of the topic? For example, if someone respond in Possible Creature's topic, i must click on number of page; notification is for the last page, last message, right? Not for first page
It's possible to implement "Watch this topic" function? It's easy to receive e-mail notification if front of visiting that topic every hour, right? And "Unwatch topic". I post a message in one topic and i receive messages every day. I'm not interested about that topic nomore.

More annoyingly, when you look at lists of posts in users' profiles, none of the links there go to the specific page either... at least for your problem you know which page to change to, with this userposts thing you have to use the search function instead, then look at the date and hunt for that in the thread... 
As I'm sure you know, these things are almost certainly possible, but only Val is in the position to implement them and he obviously is a busy guy these days.

windows one: vanishes after a disc format;
you need to backup and switch between your browser and it. IPB based forums have an online notepad and I really like it
paper one: you cant copy-paste links

Hello !
I wonder if it was possible to add an option in the profile : NCF Creatures Made (for Modders first of all).
I propose it because the signature isn't large enough to enumerate all our NCF creations with the link.
We could enable or disable it, and write in a text box all the NCF creatures we made with the link (like my actual signature, but with the links incorportated).
It would be incorporated to the message, like a signature.
And to prevent abuses, it's either the signature that is enabled or the NCF signature that is enabled.
So we will be able to make know our creatures, in a simple left click on the creature.
It's only an idea... :s
