Who says I'm angry? I'm delighted. And maybe the way I wrote it didnt express it that way. Just shows that Nival might be reading this forum. the walls have ears and eyes, Acibiades. We might just see a Naga and Orc town in your and our likeness in the future.

Well that's quite probably true. They don't have limitless ideas, you know. Plus it would be retarded if they don't include an orc faction, since EVERYONE would like to see one in the game
Who knows? Perhaps even Naga...

I always loved stronghold in H3, except for the spellcaster, he only cast bloodlust, how much use is that?
Even IF nival/ubisoft dont even care what were saying and just put what they want, well its the thought that counts right?
OR
they could listen to you and let you do all the designing of the creatures (lazyer option).

Visually I think Nival has done a fantastic job with creature creation. The creatures in Heroes V look even better than the ones in Warcraft III. And that is saying a lot.

Warcraft 3 creatures didn't look so good and that game was made a few years ago so it's natural that creatures from HV are more beautiful

It's here at last...
And it's my 400th post too!
Now it needs a good proof-read. I intend to give it a spellcheck, but it needs a bit more than that I think.
HERE (I hope it works!)

It's great, but for the Temple, it says AKA Snakemen, the swamp dwellers, and it should be Naga & Lizardmen. Neither of those are snake people actually. Otherwise, it's perfect.

Fear not my friends, I am still keeping an eye on these fora. I just lack the time to actively involve myself in one of our creative processes, much to my regret. But come februari time will once more be mine and I will gladly join again. I have been thinking of a plainsdwelling gnoll town, but that can wait. I hope I can join you soon. You have done a good job on the PDF Gnoll-mage, Gratz. I also liked what you did with the Crossed Sabres, that is exactly what I had in mind for the Symbol.

Yes, it looks nice. Haven't read it and checked for typos, but if anybody would like it, I could probably try to find time to do it.

I checked it. There was no typos.
Of course, I might have accidentally skipped some, so a spell-check would be appreciated, Alc.

Thanks War-overlord and Joonas, I appreciate that; I'm glad that symbol worked out. And Alc, if you can find corrections like you did before that would be great. I'd do the spell check now, except the computer I'm on at the moment doesn't have the software... (it's nice and shiny and new).

A brief read-through showed no apparent spelling errors. Found the following to comment:
YSD 467: Why FALCON Emperor? (It's called the Griffin Empire?)
YSD 470-502: Last line: Orc Man, Woman and Child -> Orc Male, Female and offspring (or child).
Wolk Marauder: Skirmisher: "And so on and so forth" -> delete either.
Generally, creatures seem overpowered! To give some examples:
Wolk Ravager and the Skirmisher skill: In week 10, we're talking about a group of level 3 creatures that'll potentially do base damage of 10-14, and week 15 they will do 13-17 base damage. Anybody seing the problem?
Shaman Mystic: Unit does best damage of its level, with exception of Druid. Unit is ranged with no range penalty(!). Unit has larger than normal growth for its level(!). Stats are in the low end, but Initiative and HP are fine.
War Troll: Unit is tank and regenerates AND has ranged attack with area effect(!). Not only that, damage is in top end for its level. Poor initiative gives a hint of ballancing, but still ...
___
Racial Ability description. Basic, advanced and expert levels: allow should be capital A after stop.
Didn't read more for now.

It's a long while since the stats were looked at; I remember thinking at the time that the Troll was overpowered; anywho, to be dealt with at some other point, I'm logging off now.

Quote: YSD 467: Why FALCON Emperor? (It's called the Griffin Empire?)
Check out the official timeline. It was named Falcon Empire at first, and it was renamed into Holy Griffin Empire by some king or prince or whatever
