they kill stuff and corrupt dead things. I don't know about your definition of evil but that's about as evil as they come

but then again every faction kills and corrupts thing to fit there own perpuse.so does that make them all evil?I still think that all factions have evil in them and good just its all in how they are used.

Killing a thousand innocent people by causing a war, knowing that the father and/or mother of a yet-to-be-born child will die, who would otherwise spill the blood of a million innocents ... is that still evil, or is it good?

The all of the Necromancers, are evil, Gouldoth Half-Dead was only a traitor!!! in the Heroes 5 and 3 the Inferno and the Necropolish are alies...
Who think, the vampire is stronger than the lich? Becuse I don't think it...

Hitler was True Good, if you look that way, he was into elimination of "lesser evil nations". in real-life there have never been evils who think "MMMWAAAHAHAHAHHAAA im so evil now ill go and do some evil things MMMWWAHAHAHAAHHHAAHAAA".
in h3, even inferno was just bent on conquest and making the world more suitable for them(setting it on fire). even they werent evil in their thinking, no?

No, I have to agree with luhvih. Evil is in the eye of the beholder, but I consider Necro's to be evil because they knowingly raise the dead without them wanting to be raised. Or even when they don't want to be raised at all. I myself wouldn't want to be raised after I die (even if I came back 100%), so I'd consider anyone raising me against my will to be truly evil.
Fact is... evil is hurting others without having a greater purpose to do good.
For example: if someone kills me (evil) so 5 others can be saved (greater purpose to do good) I wouldn't consider that evil. Although I wouldn't be thrilled to see that day but... whatever 
Of course, if someone kills me for fun, that fun wouldn't be considered as 'a greater purpose to do good' (although this is opinion-based most people would agree).
Haven, for instance, is evil in killing Necro's BUT they are doing it for a greater cause of saving innocent souls, so we're hitting a grey area here. Because you can always dispute whether the 'greater purpose to do good' is just good enough to commit that evil deed (see War in Iraq for example).

Well they at least are my favourite race. The idea of being undead - you exist ever and ever no case you call it life or mot, is very intriguing.
And in my opinion Necros are neutral - so in my case the are from the good side.
In other hand i have ever dislike the elves and since even there is no dwarfs in their faction i cant see nothing good(or interesting) in the sylvan rase - so for me sylvan are evil.

I would say people use that but BLACK Magic is oure evil.
