So what's the deal with this week? I'm a little lost...
This week is like any other, William & T-A, so the deadline to submit an entry is coming up in around 6 hours. The voting will take place on the weekend and THEN there will be a break for 1 week...not before. Although Kookastar suggested taking a break last weekend, no one confirmed that they needed a break or were going away before this round began; so this week is being treated like any other. The difference with next week is that the deadline for submitting a contest entry will not be THAT Friday, but the NEXT one...essentially giving contestants 2 weeks to Post their talent entry.
If you guys are going to miss a week or need some kind of "special consideration", please do as Kookastar did and do not wait until a round has started to tell me. I know that we are all just trying our best & having fun here, but anyone who knows me knows that I am a stickler for following my own rules & for ensuring fairness for all involved. (By the way, I said stickler, not Stiffler!  )

it is a bit confusing but if you read it over again with the revelation of the ending you notice a lot more hints and clues etc.

Oh well, it was good while it lasted. I'll be behind the scenes now, making sure those with real talent stay in it until the final.

Well, this was certainly an UP & DOWN week, eh?!
The good news was that Pandora totally pimped out the contest Thread with over a dozen QPs, but the bad news was that William successfully sabotaged T-A and got him eliminated...just joking Willy!
Seriously though, this 7th round was a complete success! Everyone pitched in and pulled through, despite being either worn down or not sure if we were taking a break this week...or both. And as usual, I would like to thank you all for getting it done and also share some comments & questions about what I heard & saw. Maybe this way, you'll get a better idea why I think that things went so well.
So, here we go:
William - Part 22 was awesome! The beat was quick and bounced back & forth nicely. Part 23, however, started off well, but then just didn't deliver. As soon I as heard it I imagined you kicking in some sort of mad beats, but you didn't...so it just fizzled. Part 24 seemed like "filler" to me and would have needed a little oomph to make it as good as some of your other parts. When Part 25 started, I was thinking "Thriller" by Michael Jackson; but then you added more to it to, making it your own...as Paula Abdul would say. As for Part 26, it's like I've said all along; it starts off with a nice rising tempo, but then never peaks. It's such a bummer.  You should really consider taking my advice (about linking one part to another) and try to tell a story...or not.
Milena - Your dancing was great! I especially liked how you set it to the beat of the music. I have to tell you, though, I didn't see you miss any beats and I didn't hear any "planes" in the background, so you shouldn't fret about the quality...it was super!
Kookastar - I am speechless...almost. That is simply the coolest thing that I have ever seen on HC. I'm just grateful that I was included in your "HC plasticine gang", as I am sure that it will become legendary.
FoG - At first glance, I didn't know what to make of your "modern art". But when I decided to give it a chance and look at it for more than half a second I realised that it was pretty good. The moving-flashing-bold-thingy certainly put your mark on it too.
P.S. Thanks for taking care of that other Post that I messaged you about.
T-A - I guess that desperate times call for desperate measures, eh?! I couldn't help but notice that you had already Posted those animations somewhere else 2 weeks ago & had already been rewarded with a QP for them. Either way, I like the way you arranged the creatures together, but I would have put the fighting one after the walking one...to show progression. Oh well, I guess I'm pulling a William and kicking you while you're down!
Iris - As I said before, I would have given up my spot for you if I could. You're such a good piano player that you've inspired me to start pounding away on the old one that has been collecting dust in my family for about a decade. And then you go and show us 2 amazing songs that you didn't even get to submit in the contest...what is this world coming to?!
P.S. Your origami/craft-making skills are "la bomba"!
