Simple question.
Does soldier's luck affect assault ability?
And another one.
Why isn't there (on AOH) written whether SL affects or not the ability? It would help a lot IMHO...

Good question. I guess they never got around to it. You can always refer to the manual, if anyone tested it, it's likely to be in there.
As for the assault thing - I guess it would, but not possitive.

can anyone please tell me how can i edit a map, i have ToE and i need to edit maps i play, but i cant find the maps ??? and the map editor is just used to creat maps, cant i use it to edit heroes v maps...
P.S: i checked the Maps folder its empty i couldnt find the maps anywhere, only in the data.pak but i cant edit these... like in heroes iv i could edit maps and play them.
please help ...

anyone know if you can specify a path for your unit to move in?
i hate having my bears charge into land mines when i should easily be able to circumnavigate them

Have you read This thread?. Might help. I know you need MSN, Hamachi, and a couple of other things to start. If that helps at all.

Well, I know for a fact you don't have to be involved with ToH to use Hamachi to play online. I have played some with various people here that were not ToH games on it. As for how to find people to play, there are a few who play for fun around. Asking them in HCM might be a way to go.
Edit if this doesn't help HCM me with a bit more info on what you are asking.

Only way is to have an allied map. Fabrice mentioned that they are planning a set of allied maps in the future but did not specify when. They will be available with a patch.

You ask your opponent of course  Either you or him makes the net and gives the pass. Then when you go ingame on local network you can see the other's game.

Not sure if this is the right thread to post this but I couldn't find any bugs thread. I just had a game where my warlock didn't learn empowered firewall. He had all the other empowered spells. I wonder if this happen often?
I remembered that when I played HoF C2M4 , my wulfstan lost ALL his destructive spells even though I still had expert destructive skill. I got so pissed that I stopped playing it.

Firewall in the current tote gets no empowered or lucky effects - it is not clear if that was on purpose or a bug. About Wulfstan you mean the spells disappeared, they greyed out or what? Did you try the destructive only page?

It didn't grey out , it just disappeared. I tried looking at both destructive page and combat page and they can't be found. I even tried loading the previous mission and waited a few turns before ending it to see if the seed will change but I still get nothing when I restarted mission 4.
Just had a very weird bug. I was testing out warlock in single player hg. And when I defeat the utopia , I was shown to have learned PM/Blindness according to the icons after the battle. Note that I do not have any dark skill. My only magic skill was expert destructive and I don't have any level 4 or 5 destructive spells yet. I didn't even have fireball , only had firewall(stupid mage guild and secrets). But...when I look into my spellbook , there was no PM/Blindness. Then when I took the golem building, it gave me armagedon so I dunno whats up with the utopia bug.

does motw only work with destuctive magic? i tried it with mass decay and it didnt work. was that because it was a mass spell or does motw not work with dark magic?

Works with all magic except mass spells. You can still use it with simple decay or even better frenzy.
