the zerg are all about numbers so I don't think they will have something resembling the mothership, the Thor and the nuke
off course in campaign the torrasque was a monster

Well their response could be a 6 food creature, that would be by far the toughest among them  .

I just hope they don't do drastic changes to the hydralisk which is my favourite unit ( maybe increase their damage by 2 )

in starcraft II there will be just the three races; the Xel'Naga may appear in the expansion but...I just hope they won't be just a campaign faction like the nagas were in War3 TFT

I'm pretty sure hydras won't undergo any changes at all . THey will rule this game anyway .

I know, the sensor tower was revieled. Althugh its a nice idea, I think it would have been much better to have the classic missle turrets that are detctors, and then maybe have an upgrade for them that add the abilities of the sensor tower, making their firing range a little further and that early warning thing with the circles.

I guess terran basedefensive will be complicated. Having both sencor towers(I like them, to know people are comming), Bunkers, Missil turrets and Siege tanks!!
You will need A lot of room to get a good part of the defense...

I know the missle turrets are still there, but what I meant was, to have just the missle turret that can act like a turret/sensor tower, instead of having 2 seperate towers. I makes more senseto me to have them as one, because the turret is basically a radar with missle pods on it.

There will be no races.
Blizzard thinks its best with 3 races and better to balance or something like that.
they think you can make more tacits with 3 factions and with an new race they need to rework a lot of things.
However, its possible that Xel'naga/Hybrids will be an campaign race (like Burning Legion and Naga in wc3).
The game features the "the end of all things" (was something like that) and "the Xel'Naga.... has... returned!".
Wow, what a suprise
They say those quotes on BlizzCon when they showed us some gameplay etc and a little "trailer" (okey, that was also gameplay but it looks like a trailer or a cinematic).

A Race older than most of the stars, that created the Protoss as they are now, and literally created the zerg. Deities with technology and knowledge superb to anything in the universe.

We got a glimpse of what their technology is capable of in some universe-books and in the end of Protoss Brood War campaign.
(for exemple: Cleansing the whole planet surface of Zerg in a gargantual exposion, while leaving Protoss unharmed.)

Actually they created the Zerg, and then the Zerg went beserk (sorta), and they tried making the ultimate beings, the Protoss to exterminate the Zerg.
The Zerg then killed the Xel-Naga.
That is what I think happened anyway
