Thanks! I didn't know why I couldn't build it in the towns I took it to - some of them didn't even say I couldn't build it there, the town just didn't acknowledge that I had it.

That is because the grail build is disabled in ALL towns except that conflux, by the mapmaker. In this way, he is sure the player will get fly/DD.

You can do it with 3 fights only. And with mass slow, a bunch of shooters and some single flies/genies for lurking those minos around, you shouldn't have a problem at all.

You can't move your hero directly to the tent (with showing the path), because you have to step onto a sign every now and then (especially in the north east).
If I recall it correctly, you have to run south first, then turn in west direction (until you come nearly close to the west end), then up to the north till the end (like s snake path), then completely east (with some steps up and down), and then south again to the tent.
Don't throw stones after me, if this is not 100% accurate, but I played the map 2 years ago for the last time.

Ugly Ratface
I don't know if anyone can help me with this, but I'll keep my fingers crossed; here we go...
First off, I want to make clear that I'm not an experienced player. I wouldn't want to call myself a bad tactician either, though. However, when I encountered Unleashing the Bloodthirsty a while ago I became frightfully aware of how hard some maps really are.
My first attempt at this map came to a screeching halt at pink's fortresses. My next attempts weren't what you'd call an improvement. Therefore I didn't play the map again. Until I WoGified it... I'll admit, double movement points, automatic level 8 creatures, experienced creatures and better war machines spoils the game (it's almost cheating, LOL ), but it was the only way for me to experience the wonders of this map. Some of the battles are actually pretty hard considering the computer benefits as well from these things. (When I was busy fighting tan, purple even visited me at Forest Keep, coming through the portal at El Regueldo and using Fly (--> Eagle Eye skill enhancement) )
Now, the culprit of this matter and this abominously long post: Ugly Ratface, the red hero encountered after defeating purple, with the thousands of Cerberi and with A=77, D=79, SP=52, K=56. I don't know if this is because I WoGified the map, but she gives huge bonuses to her Cerberi as they are her specialty. Therefore every stack of 3000 Cerberi has these stats: A=164, D=166, Damage=10-13, Health=51, Speed=16. (Together) they are virtually indestructible.
Any help on this subject would be incredibly appreciated as I want to finish this wonderful map. (GREAT!! storyline, btw)

This map is not made for WoG.
You ruin the whole map design that way.
And if you already have troubles beating the first opponent (pink/fortress), you will be frustrated fighting the other fractions.
If you want, I can send you a save of beginning of month 2 week 1 day 1, when first town of pink is conquered and only 3 of his towns left.

I know I'm ruining it as it was not meant for WoG, but as I've mentioned before, the map is too hard for me to complete normally.
I'm always unbelievably frustrated when a map doesn't work out. Naturally, re-trying the map six times because the first month has to be picture perfect was frustrating.
I appreciate your incredibly fast reply and save file offer, but no thanks. I'll be off WoGifying maps that are meant to be WoGified.

There are a bunch full of maps similar to UtB, but not on the same difficulty level.
There are not that frustrating, but still very challenging and fun to play.
Drop me a line if you want me to send you 3 or 4....

I can't get past ugly .. of the red team. She has 18K of Celeberius and 30 Arch Devils. The Devils is not a problem, but all I can kill of the celeberius is 3K.
Is there an good tactic for it, of must I have more troops?
I have in my army:
2500 Grand Elfs
340 Titans
750 Wryvens Morgons
600 Bohemots
1300 Mighty Gorgons
549 Master Genies
125 Chaos Hydra
It's so frustrating..

You have too much army with you.
Just take the grandelves OR the titans and 6 single mastergenies with you. Not sure if you or your opponent has tactics.
But all you need is those Elves / Titans, and an ammo cart. Place the shooters on the top spot and cast forcefield to protect the shooters AND the ammo cart from getting attacked by the cerberi. Shoot the devils first (or blind them...whatever).
Let the master genies cast some nice spells on the shooters before they die...

The problem is, that the Arch Devils attacks immediatly my Shooters, so I can't spell force field. If I transport my shooter on the field then is my ammo card open for being attacked. Also the force field is only for 3 turns and after I shoot the Devils down, the Ugly Ratface does resurrection

Ugly has expert dispel. I don't remember this fight but the force field trick will not work in that case. Trueno has sphere?

Sphere of permanence, the best artefact combined with force field. Prohibits expert dispel.

The computer won't cast dispel to "undo" a forcefield....maybe in WoG, but not in SoD.
It is not important if his ADs attack your shooters, 30 ADs won't deal that much damage against 2500 GEs or 340 Titans, you will kill them on your turn. But you can still cast forcefield, coz you just need fly with 2 single master genies towards his cerberi (If I recall correct, he has all cerberi in 1 stack), so they won't come for you that first round. The other mastergenies (except 1 ) cast spells on the shooter stack. The shooter stack kills ADs on his turn, and then, right before your last master genie has its turn, you cast forcefield.
And to prevent him from casting resurrection, you just have to place a unit of yours onto the dead body of the ADs....

I lost 200 titans and 3300 grand elfs. I didn't know that creaturs who stay in defence mode at the end of the turn, can increase speed. So I lost many man, but I'm through !

Angelito's advices will lead to your complete annihilation if you missed one word or two.
Reload and read better, or you will be crying in 10 minutes, when will meet the first inferno AI.

If u play it correctly, you will lose NOTHING (except you do not have blind, in that case, you will lose some master genies)
Or are you not able to ressurect?

Because if I only had taken my titans with me I never won the battle.
Ugly Ratface did every turn resurrection, 113 creatures came back, while I killed most of the time 106 of them.
I am able to ressurect, however it didn't bring lots of troops.
