Hi guys, I'm serious blocked in the Inferno area and I can't win against Misuncornuta. She has legion of everything and hurts me so much. I think I can't win and I have to restart. This is the situation. I attack castles but she teleports with castle gate and attack me in every town.
What would you do? It's normal that she has this army? I'm very slow, I'm at month 14 so it's impossibile for me I guess. I tried several things, do you think it's possible to win?

Probably would be better to do in in town but also that battle spot has some nice safe area in the lower right corner. Maybe RoseKavalier can show you the solution if you upload the save but I won't talk for him

Yeah I've seen that he is an amazing player.
Yes, I've tried also behinde the castle but even if I slow his army, then he cast haste with archdevil who kill almost all my hydra. I have those archdevil for speed, I have 21 with cape of velocity and another artifact so I have the initiative.
Do you hink this map is winnable around month 14 or it's too late?

The size of army the most often is not important. In such cases where tactics are not present, I would use several groups of devils to block access to my shooters, then only elves and titans. Depending of him being able to reach your shooters on first round is his choice of first spell. Probably he will not cast haste if your shooters are out of reach. Kill gogs first round, blind others after.

Thanks, I will try. What's the trick with force field? It's very famous but I don't know how to use properly.

Force Field prevent enemy to reach your Troops. For me I would use bunch of devils and Titans behind Force Field. Remember, Titans are immune to Blind and forgetfulness, just protect them as as possible. Try exhaust AI(drain his mana), so you can control battlefield.

Yeah but I don't have so many Titans, I have to try this technique though, maybe protected in one castle. Maybe I could use Elves, Titans and Devils. I wanna go further in this map, I love it and I don't want to reload old saves, although I have save for every crucial point of the map. My problem with this map is that I'm very slow, I don't know if the enemy got more troops as long as the game goes, I assume it could be more easy because I have town portal and a lot of towns to recruit more troops. I lost time with that damn red tent...

I beat it, but I lost almost all my army!
Now, I'm stuck, I have to visit some purple tent, but where is it?
EDIT: Found, but Necro beast defeat almost all my army again. I think I can't go on, I have to restart building all my army after every battle.

Each battle must be won with zero causalities, unless some special things prohibits you of resurrecting, in which case you should limit casualties to "very few".

My problem is quite frustrating: I blind someone in my castle but my arrow tower keeps wake him so I have to blind him again over and over, so I can't resurrect. Is there a way to destroy your own arrows towers?

So, now I have all my army without having to defeat Inferno.

FINALLY finished SOD V2 of the map, years after I first tried it. The Dragonmaster battle was too much, so I did some "thinning the ranks". I recruited a lv59 necro hero with sorcery specialty from the tavern (M. Blaster). Then I got his spell power up to 99, gave him a stack of thunderbirds and tp'ed him to the dungeon town next to the dragonmaster. I started sending him in with 6 stacks of 1 thunderbird, casting implosion on the enchanters, retreating, re-recruiting at tavern, tp'ing back to dungeon town, repeat. Lucky for me the dragons stayed inside the walls as long as there were enchanters alive.
(Side note: it seems that if you have the same army each time, the battle goes EXACTLY the same, with the same units getting morale bonus, etc. So when I first attacked with 7 stacks, the enchanters resisted the implosion if I cast it on the first unit's turn, but it went through if I cast it on the second unit's turn. But when I used 6 stacks instead, the implosion went through on the first unit's turn each time.)
I used lightening bolt / frost bolt towards the end to get the enchanters' stack down to 6. This process took a total of about 17 attacks (implosion killed 615 enchanters on each turn), and I was able to perform about one attack per day.
After that, I gave a all-bonuses-visited dragonslayer an army of 7k ancient behemoths, 500 archangels, 6k pixie sacrificial fodder and phoenixes and genies (genies didn't work out since they got killed on the first shot). Cloning the AB's made short work of the dragons (though the black dragons packed quite a punch, even more so than the azures and the rusts). Everyone was faster than my behemoths, so I made sure to let all the enemy units take their turn first before cloning them, which was kinda like skipping the first turn in order to have the first move every turn, I suppose.
After all the dragons were dead, I stepped on the rust dragon's corpse with the behemoths, so that the AI didn't sacrifice the enchanters to res them. Then I went about resurrecting the archangels and then cloning them, while the AI was busy cloning his 6 enchanters, whom my phoenix killed each turn. Anyway, after a few tries I was able to get it down to zero losses - except the pixies. I finished the fight with flair of course - stepped off the rust dragon corpse, and then the AI sacrificed his enchanters to resurrect a whole two rust dragons - which promptly died to my behemoths.
For the final fight, I had equipped the armor of the damned from the dragonmaster, the orb of vulnerability from the seer, and an elixir of life. I used el trueno for the battle, since I was going to use ranged attack anyway. Still, I brought along the behemoths as meat shield. (Side note: I was able to recruit Gelu from the tavern, so for the final fight I had 10k sharpshooters and 800 titans). The rest of my army was 3 stacks of 100 phoenixes each and 880 archangels - I said what the heck and traded in all my compound-interested gold for 30k of each resource and got 300 archangels from one of the seers. Then I first blinded the faerie dragons, and distracted the dragons with my behemoths while I cast force field the second turn. Then it was just a matter of killing the azures ASAP so I didn't get an unlucky double-fear and got wiped, and berserking the rest of the dragons while my shooters killed them. Then I cast antimagic on my shooters and killed the faerie dragons last. Finished on: M12W4D1

Inferno
Hello All:
I've just started Unleashing the Bloodthirsty. I've conquered Rampart, Tower, and I've completed the maze and visited the red tent. Still I can't figure out how to get to the Inferno part of the map. Any hints would be appreciated.
Thanks,

There is a Subterranean Gate in the eastern part of the Rampart area. You'll need to release the Necros to get the key which lets you through.

I can't find where else I wrote this but there's no real walkthrough posted by Season, just a few lines, few screenshots and two saves.
Ignore pretty much everything along the way, bringing just what's needed to progress along main path.
Note that it was done on Armageddon's Blade version, which is significantly faster/easier than SoD versions (Pathfinding, Fire Magic, Armor of the Damned, ...).

Big thanks to You Rose.
Season's game is impressive.
Btw, does anyone know is Season still making maps? Would be great to play new map like "Xiedu", "Way Home" or "Lord Rings".

He's been inactive for a long time and as far as I can tell, Way Home was his last map.
"Wayfarer", "Lord Rings", "Blasphemy", "Rival", "Way Home" are his existing maps afaik.
