I like the coffee that my mum and dad buy, it is really nice.
There are two flavours that I like, Caramel and Vanilla, and I like Vanilla Coffee the best.
It doesn't taste too much like Vanilla, but you can definately taste it, even if it isn't too much.

MmMmMmmm.....
Today was actually a rather good coffee day. Although I had awoken late, my trusty Cup of Joe was there for me as I continued my reading of the novel "Secret Garden" to my children during their breakfast. I honestly don't give a damn if my health decreases from such a savory steamy affinity of delight. I tell you my day has been nothing but true to form in its most earnest of steadfast characters. I shall never abandon my love for the dark steam fix. And I honestly don't mind if I only live to be 75 because of it. There are some things in life which I will not ever give up.

Consis, dont worry.. Coffee are quite healthy, it has plenty antioxidants, building your defense against nasty things like cancer.
Anyway. Im a coffee drinker too, actually quite new to the phenomenon in real life, began drinking coffee for like 3 months ago Before that, my preferred cozy drnk at late winter nights or just something warming to drink was tea, mostly green tea (without sugar). But now Im pretty much on coffee almost every day. But Im not to fan of Latte, Cappuchino can go, but mostly I want pure coffee. 3 topped deep spoons for like 1/2 l dl are good enough.
And I go for Herman Friele (norwegian coffeee) or Evergood.
From left to right: Koffeinfree coffee, breakfast coffee, press(ure?)can coffee. I mostly go for the middle one and Evergood original.
Oh and...

Actually,
It's an old family secret. The more sugar you put in your coffee, the more deeply silver your hair will turn over time. It's a good wise old sage look if you fancy that sort of thing. Sugar is good for everything.

Hmm, I dunno if it's the sugar because I'm going silver faster than I can say "nice & easy" And I started greying young.. maybe it's the coffee itself!
So whats new with you and the family Consis? We've had no updates lately... are you still hanging out in the garage? Are the ladies of hysteria lane getting to you yet? hmmm? do tell

Hmm...
If you began to grey so early then why are all your pics so dark haired??? I know you wouldn't hide anything from us Pandora. Lying to your internet buddies is a federal offense you know.
Me? Oh I'm actually doing quite well all things considered. First of all we the locals out here are getting ready to see what this year's rain season is going to be like. It really is a contrast from all that talk about fires in the news lately. People in southern California aren't doing so good. Not at all.
Otherwise....I've actually been going to the gym lately. I don't look anything like a potrait of physical beauty but I am feeling very much more alive and I have a great deal more energy for handling things in my family life.
Today actually turned out to be quite serious indeed. You might be interested to know that my son is eight years old and in the third grade. Well here's the deal: Last night he gave his seven year old sister a dollar bill. And when I asked her where she got the money, she told me her brother gave it to her. So I called my son in and asked him where he got the money? I was thinking it had to be toothfairy money saved up that I had simply forgotten about. But no, it wasn't! He told me that a boy from school gave him the money. Of course I immediately asked him why this other boy gave it to him. My son tells me they were standing in line for lunch and the boy gave it to him. When I heard this my gut feeling, my instinct, told me something wasn't right. I asked him why another boy would give him money while he was standing in line when we give him plenty of lunch money. He said he didn't know and that he simply gave it to him. So I reminded my son of one of the things we teach in our household--to never accept money from anyone unless you've worked very hard for it. I then asked my son if he'd worked for this boy; done any hard work for him. My son said no. After that I informed him that I would take him to school the next day, we would find this boy, and give him back all the money he gave him. (two dollars) This morning when I drove my son to school we found the boy. I gave him the money and I told the boy that I am teaching my son not to take money unless he's worked for it. The boy looked unbelievably terrified to see me. He was literally frozen, his mouth was open, and he wasn't speaking or moving. My gut told me I had better calm the boy down and help him understand that I was only trying to do what is right. So I began speaking very calmly telling him how we try to do what's right in our family and that the money should stay with him where it belonged. The boy calmed a bit and responded by saying one thing only, "Some kids told me that if I didn't give him the money then they would beat me up". Sure enough....my gut feeling was right. So I let the boys go to class while my three year old and I made a quick stop at the school office to leave a message with the clerk for the principal. I told them everything.
My son comes home in about twenty minutes at which time I will cleverly question him further to see if he had anything to do with this bit of highly questionable events and circumstances. My approach is that of immense calmness. The very instant yelling and posturing become involved is the very instant the flow of information stops. If I do find out my boy had something to do with this then I'll first inform his mother and then we'll decide how to proceed from there. The principal has already been notified and I already told the young man whose money was forcibly taken that everything would be all right and he had nothing to fear from this point on. I'm going to have a long talk with my son regardless of the outcome. I'll make sure he understands how I feel about bullies. I know the people here at Heroes Community already know how I feel about that.
So how about you Pandora? How is your life? How are your children?

I thought the "nice & easy" comment was enough of a tell about my hair, I dye it regularly - usually I keep to natural dark, sometimes I go a little redder If I were to let it go though... I can't even imagine lol The front is where it's the most persistent, two streaks in particular always give the most trouble
My daughter is 8 years old and in grade 3 too Its funny you had a day like you did, mine was similar in the sense that a lesson needed learning. My son was having her friend over today, and another little girl wanted to come over too. I don't really like this girl around Allyssa at the best of times, but today I heard her telling Allyssa and Ben the stories she would tell so that it would be okay to come over. I told her that she couldn't come over because we have a one friend per visit rule, and also because I wouldn't allow her over without her mother knowing the truth about where she was. Now this little girl has told my daughter for the thousandth time that they she wasn't going to be her friend anymore. Manipulative little thing she is...*sigh* But I was really happy to hear Allyssa tell her that lying to her mom was really bad (and this before I butted in)
About your son, its good that you're so involved - I bet the majority of parents would miss something like that... let us know how it goes.
My son is having an outstanding start to his year, things have been going sooooooo much better for him now that we know what we're dealing with. It's a giant relief.
So all in all, things are good enough I suppose
The fires certainly are an awful thing, first in Europe and now over there - methinks we're getting a pretty strong message about how we take care of our planet.

LoL
The old Bob Barker treatment eh? Yes I'm quite familiar with it. But I don't intend to use anything to dull the silver in my hair. I like it. I think it goes well with my glasses.
Regarding your son, I recall every conversation we've had about that. I couldn't be more delighted to hear such good news. To simply diagnose and treat is all that we ask but as you know it isn't nearly as simple as that. I am so happy to hear that. And you sound exactly like my neighbor and her daughter with regard to the little mind games you seem to be going through. Everytime I hear such stories I can't help but giggle because what you don't know is that men could really care less! Ha! Even so...my neighbor still thinks I am listening when she spells out how her daughter's girlfriend said she was going to be her friend one moment and then not the next. You mothers....you read too much into things of that nature. My advice is simply to not read into these things so much. Would you care to know what we men do for such circumstances? I'll tell you and then you can be content to have at least one secret of the universe revealed to you. We scratch our head and shrug. Then we go back to playing ray guns or little action figures, kung fu ninjas, crash our little toy cars, etc. (LoL)
Now about my son....I have spoken with him. I was very careful not to raise my voice but still the inconsistencies in his story remain vigilant. And now the story has gotten even more enigmatic. According to him both he and the other boy were called into the Principal's office. He says he told The-Man that he didn't know who threatened the other boy. And the boy says he doesn't know who threatened him either. Here we have both parties claiming that someone else made the threats to force him to give my son the money. And both parties are now claiming they don't know who did it. I'm sure you can understand my frustration at this point.
