The problem with khengi is: All through the campaign, he is a Trapper but 4 mission when he dies, his a shaman!

Actually, he's a witch doctor in the first mission, then suddenly becomes a trapper in the third mission (which was in the demo), and then is again a witch doctor in the final mission.

weird, he shoulf be a trapper the whole game. in the demo he was called: master of disguise, by Gotai

Against Galib I assume? have you had the 2k golems to join from the desert to the west? I used exp shatter dark and all perks, a triple flaming ballista and shout to keep boosting the rage. I built both orc towns with castle and all dwellings(started building the second after I had defeated all other towns) and had: Untamed cyclopses to break gate, chieftains to avoid cleave if puppeted, warmongers next to them should I want something to keep them occupied(not sure if taunt affects your won puppeted units. Once you break gate the golems go in and everything they hit dies. That also saves you the divine vengeance that would kill your cyclopses at 12 per turn because you need army for Alaric later. My ballista killed his titans in 3 turns or so, great toy.
Just use a memory mentor to change skills if you find trouble. Defense may also prove good.
Edit: Whatever you do if you keep pressing end turn you'll have too much of an army for him to handle

You forgot Fredya (by Markal) in the orignal game. Although they kinda retconned that one in HoF and TotE.
Also Sir Thomas, a Squire under Isabels command (he is mentioned in at least one cutscene, by Biara.
However, I disagree on Nicolai killing Alaron. All we see is him dieing at the hand of the undead besieging the Sylvan capital, but Nicolai isn't present in the mission(some standard necromancer hero is leading the army that inevitably takes the capital at the beginning of the mission).

Alaron speaks to Findan when he "passes on". Sylanna turns him into a tree. Technically speaking, I wonder if he's actually dead. He lost the battle to Nicolai, but his (arguable) death came when he spoke to Findan; he didn't look injured, just broken, knowing he had failed his people.

Actually Markal dinn`t kill Freyda. He first come with the idea to kill Freyda and turn her into a wrait, but then he thought that he could use her later, and dinn`t kill her.

It wasn't actually entirely clear. It appears that he kills her, turning her into a Wraith, but clearly he didn't after all. Plus Godric would surely have been a thousand times more furious at Markal in the death cutscene if he really had killed his daughter.
