Zehir dealt the finishing blow with a fire spell. However Zehir was somehow able to salvage the unharmed Ring of the Unrepentant from the ashes that remained of his corpse...

I beet the orc campaign and I found out things are true.Khengi does switch from trapper to witch-doctor.Alaric does kill him and Gotai kills Alaric.ANd most importantly Zehir does have a sense of humor

I am hurt  Btw when did Kenghi change class? Did he retrain for a small fee and I missed it?

One thing that is strange is that in tote the orcs are worshipping Father Sky (Sylath) and Mother Eart (Sylvana), but in Dark Messiah the orcs are worshipping the spider goddes (Asha). Aratarok said something like this:"The spider goddes has spoken. this strangers are demon lovers and must not get in to our temple. Remember our oths. Our ansestors".

I somehow doubt the orcs guarding the spider temple are traditional orcs.
because it seems that they did in fact get asked by asha to guard the temple. Maybe she appears as a spider to "evil" factions.

You havn't played the campaign?
Let me tell you something I figured out(Wauw that sound arrogant ) . In DM, the Orcs had an Oath. Inside that temple there is a skull. The oath, belongs to Arantir. As he meets Kujin and she saw him in her vision. I think they made an oath(They said they had to talk, so they did and he left to travel to the east). I guess he went to place the skull there. But needed to return to kill Sareth. The orcs was told by Kujin(or Gotai) to guard that because Kujin's vision told them. So they guarded the skull. So the oath is between orcs and Undead.

Why does arantir need to come later rather then sooner to claim the skull then?
He could have come and taken the skull. he didnt need to take stonehelm . The only reason i can think of why they might need to guard it would be that they needed the Sha'ntiri crystal to open the doorway.
But then dark messiah takes 20 years after original HV. I dont think it would have taken him that long.

Well, here are my thoughts:
1) Sareth was born at the end of IW, and one year passed between IW and HOF, at least (There were major social changes. That can't happen in a few weeks, not without people noticing) Then the events of HOF must have taken a while, since the first and second campaigns happened one after the other, and then the third happened during the second. I assume this took ~6 months at least.
Then there was at least another 6 months between HOV and TOTE, during which Andrei was killed, and other bad stuff happened. Since no mention was made of the Orc invasion during HOF, I assume it must have started afterwards, and at least two months passed before the prologue campaign of TOTE and its second Campaign. Since that campaign was near parallel to the timing of Arantir's Campaign, Arantir started at least 8 months after the end of HOF, and the whole story ended about 8 months later. (Much of that being time Zehir spent going all across Ashan getting help) Thus, Sareth is now two, and probobally in the "loving" care of Menelag by now.
2) Sareth is across the Wefegrim Mountains during Dark Messiah, however, no mention is made of this. I assume that he got there in a flying city, however, a Necromancer getting across would take much longer, even flying on an Avatar of Death. I doubt he started right at the end of his campaign, he is likely to have prepared for the journey by brining a lot of books and scrolls and magic supplies.
Now, look at the map, and think about this logically: Arantir was in the south. Getting across the mountain probobally took quite a long time. I'm guessing (since the Empire, Tribes, and Necromancers were on relatively good terms) he went the long way around, which would be safer, and having of paved roads. Thus, by the time he got there, it would have been the end of TOTE and a little ways farther, so Sareth would be 3.
3) I doubt Sareth would have somehow instantly known where everything was. It could have taken 2 to 4 years to figure out where the ancient temple was, where Sareth was, all that stuff. He would also have needed to build up a power base of loyal followers and troops (including a ?New? invention: the Speedy Zombie, or Goul) which would have added on another year. This brings it up to 5 years, and Sareth is 8.
4)Now that he is ready, Arantir went after the Skull (aprox. 990 ysd) but failed somehow. Perhaps he could not bring himself to attack the Orcs who were guarding it, perhaps he did and was pushed back (explaining why there are so few of them) Or perhaps he simply failed utterly. Either way, his defeat knocked him back, and he realized that there was no way he would be able to recover his troops fast enough without incurring major wrath, so he spent a year trying to make a portal to get to Heresh to rally troops. Then he started pulling them through, and reading himself again. I'm guessing that by this time Menelag or some other wizard has heard of him, and there was battle. By the end of the little war, a year or so have passed, and Sareth is now 12.
Its crunch time for Arantir, with the fullfillment of the prophecy being only 6 years away. Then (clever idea) he decideds to stop pushing for the skull, and simply let Sareth do the work for him. He probobally made things a bit easier for him, so that he could get to the skull without realizing he was having help. Then he followed behind Sareth to wait for him to attain the Skull, and killed him. I'm not sure what Arantir was doing for the six years beyond that. Its also possible that more time was put in somewhere (crossing the mountains) or that there is some other story we do not know about. If the Naga live in the Jade Sea it is possible they battle Arantir.

I think Arantir is alligned with those Orcs! Its a spider temple = Leads to necromancers. Arantir spoke with Kujin, who saw the spider in her vision! I do believe that she really thinks Arantir is the one who will change the world! . SO I think she made an oath to him. And since Kunyak led the orcs to a Island kingdom(Play one of the scenario's), Kujin could know of this and know about a temple!

The temple was built by men of Sar Elam as I recall and the skull was inacessible without the crystal iirc.
