Let me try my hand at this...
- you think every month has only 28 days
- you dream of being a general so that you can train your troops to successive higher levels and hope for no manpower limit
- you wonder if unicorns, elves, etc. exist
- you associate hydras, wyverns and dragons together
- you look for people to construct items for you to increase your attack, defence, spped, HP etc, and insist that refund is allowed
- you dream of hitting your hated enemies with double damage
- you find ways to act more often
- you wish you can teleport
- you regard every door as a monolith, and dead ends as one-way monoliths and wonder why u din end up somewhere else
- you think every bag you carry gives money
- you hope anything in your pocket gives resources on day 1 to day 6 and money on day 7
- you look at the lower shelves when shopping, thinking that the goods there are better

This feeling seriously overcame me the other day.
Lookin at the sales ad for the grocery store, I saw that the small boxes of Cinnamon Toast Crunch was on sale this week, and I thought to myself, "well that means the larger/upgrade box is on sale too!"
Much to my dismay, I was wrong. A first hint should have been that the sales ad didn't say anything about "Week of the Cinnamon Toast Crunch" either.

You become very diplomatic, very generous in giving money but also wants to conscript people into your plans

Some ideas...
Ok, I leave some ideas:
- You start screaming and howling in a fight in order to slow down and scare the people who's going to beat you up.
- During a soccer game, your team is losing and you (a member of the team) start praying while some friend besides you get down on his knees and bow.
- When your parents give you a task and you claim some experience after accomplish it.
- You start wearing some hippie slaps and say they're the Saint's Sandals.
- You bet some money on your chihuahua in a dogfight against a pitbull, thinking is has Arcane Armour.
Quite difficult...
