Sorry all, real life held me captive but I'm back now 
Most of the judge scores have been finished, just mine to finalise really and I'm not leaving my room until it's done!
Sorry for the delay, and WOW at all the entries, truly inspiring
The winner will be announced as soon as we know who that is!

Real Life: Drugs, Terrorism, Paris Hilton
Heroes Community: Peanuts, Werewolves, Pandora

To be quite honest, I have been thinking about writing a novel myself for some time now. The only problem with this idea is that I haven't found any time yet to actualy do anything constructive about it. But the basic world and concept has already formed quite clearly in my mind.

Kookastar, I am actually writing a semi-novel in R.E.A.L tho due to my brother being in ICU it is a bit curtailed right now.
Edit : Oh, and I have another interesting question. Should another ICTC come around, can we reenter a town for it? Would like to polish The Hexed for round 4

Awesome entries everyone
Thanks again for all the hard work you put into this, it was hard to judge, but interesting and stimulating as well I'd like to make a special thankyou to guest judges and of course FOG and TDL for the time and thouroughness that they employed when rating these towns and organising the competition.
QPs will be awarded when I have the time to review which ones are in the top percentage - it's meant to be a very few but want to get more than that!
As I stated before, the judges decision is final - if you have a complaint please email or HCM me about it.
Thanks again and Congratulations, I wish you all could have been winners!

Yes, but who will have the energy to read hundreds of pages? I posted my H6 suggestion once, but it was very long, and I doubt that even one has read it to details except of me. If all the competitors do such of long entries, that might become pretty bad. Afterall, when you plan a faction, there's a limint to the amount of work that you can do. When you plan H6, it's like planning a whole game, and the options are endless.

Well the solution is simple, you set a word limit
For example all entries must be no longer than 10 words.

A word limit might work, but OOOH! Inspiration!
What about if groups are set by the moderators, eg, Baklava, GC, and Cepheus; Alc, FOG, and Mytical; etc, who all have to work together to make just one town. This would lead to more teamwork skills for everyone involved, and there would be less overall to read!

Wow, that feels like years and years ago... I like the group idea; I may even be tempted to join. But what do you mean by balanced? And what about grouping people by their basic desires for H6?
